It says its a goodwill policy so can be exchanged for any reason for a voucher within 48 hrs . Then there is 30 returns for faulty items and then a 24 month warranty for faults on non consumables, i guess the 48 hour thing is to stop people buying films watching and then returning

48 hours is not really enough , especially galling when they’ve made the mistake and not one’s self ! (Wrong disc usually )

The 48hr thing is stupid. You buy a complete series of something. When you consider the time that’s takes to watch ☝️ ( X Files for example ). Crazy. I did try tin Star when it came about. But didn’t stick with it. I did get all the Flash Seasons. But still To watch last 2 seasons. Problem with it. It’s just so ‘ Samey’
