That's the thing I love about skate culture, it has its ups and downs but it's always there in some form or another be that be irl, through gaming, fingerboarding or social media. Skate is love, Skate is life.

Skater XL is hard for me to think about. Because on one hand I had quite a bit of fun with the game, but as a product it is absolutely the most disappointing video game I've ever purchased. I bought the game because I believed in Easy Day and clearly my faith was misplaced. They are either too incompetent or apathetic to make it into a full game of which I don't know is the case but I felt almost scammed by Skater XL. I hadn't thought about the game in ages but Session became a Playstation Plus game and the week I've had with Session pretty much sealed Skater XL's fate - it is dead to me. Session is a REAL GAME. Like, as a product you are purchasing an actual video game and not a cool tech demo of skateboarding physics. Creature has come such a long way. I remember seeing Session when it first came out and feeling comfortable that I had made the right decision with Skater XL. Session looked pretty rough and not too fun for a good portion of it's development. But now, I paid for the year 1 DLC for Session JUST BECAUSE I want to support a developer that cares about their game and wants to improve it. Just imagine if Session allowed user created content the way SXL does. There would never be a need to go back to SXL. But I guess the fact that Creature Studios is actually making content themselves negates the need for user created content.

sorry about the walking mod 😭 you can disable it by setting "Max bail force to stumble" to 0 on the walking mod options inside UMM (ctrl + f10)

I love fingerboarding too at the moment because of my job barely skating and I got this nice pole jam flat bar rn and I just learned Nollie Tre and Nollie flip to 50-50 on it!! It’s too much fun💯🔥💯

as much as i love SXL, easy day has to be the most disappointingly run game dev company i've ever seen. they really took an amazing game and destroyed it with ineptitude.

Love the content keep it up! Do you have any tips for 50-50's on kink rails? Everytime I try to 50-50 it never locks in and it turns into a nosegrind/5-0 as I grind through the sections of the rail. It annoys me so much.

For console session is just better, but its also slowly following the trend of skaterxl. At this point just waiting for skate 4 as at least it'll get updates

as realistic as session's controls are I just hate them, turning with the triggers is something I can literally not properly do, been playing skate 3 since 2010 and the skate 3 controls are embed deep in my brain, so personally I just still play skate 3 until skate. releases

The little section of spectating others was fun to watch🤌🏼
