Turns out that the most obscure achievement (And room) in the game has a purpose behind it that I've seen documented literally nowhere. It was 2am, what was a better time to begin speculating!? Seriously, I love these random secrets in the game they just have there for no apparent reason until it all makes sense somehow. It really is just like a bunch of playground rumors that nobody really knows the origin of...
Mainly because nobody really talks about this game :(
The editing and storyboarding are horrendous because I was figuring this all out as I was making the video itself. The video was supposed to end after I grabbed the flamethrower until I figured out.

It's an extremely cool example of Wolrd Building through the world's design itself, it lets you connect the dots with enough clues, I really liked this detail.

I wonder if this explains the Patient origin's background. Maybe they were one of the first to be let out without a reason, as a test, then Crackpot tried to release everyone en masse through the same system, failing and then coming up with the sewer exit.

yeah deimos and sanford flip the lever w/ the chainsaw, hanks flips the lever in in the other side. you get a badge if you flip both. and the new badges are harder to obtain since some players don't know they even exist. they quit after beating mpn2.

BRO GOD DAYUM THANK YOU. I Was challangeing myself to get all of the Madness Project Nexus achievements on Steam and i was stuck at finding Burger Gill's notes. I have 500 Hours on madness project nexus 2 and i was getting crazy because i have never found Gill's notes.Thank you so much. (EDIT) I HAVE FRICKING REALIZED GAME ASKS FOR 10 NOTES AND THATS THE ONLY ONE. And yes its an achievement.I went to that sewer when i was playing with Hank five months ago.I was like what the heck (I was finished the game 5 times at that time and i finished it 20 times im serious) and i realize that. Also i have so much imprints.And sorry actually 2 Achievement remains.Maxing out the HeadQuarters.I maxed all but When it comes to squad bank (it allows you to hire more soldiers) i upgraded it 17 times and now, it asks me 250K HOW AM I GONNA FIND THAT MUCH MONEY?!?Please answer dude holy shoot.

To get that much money you can either grind every stage as the Magiturge on Madness mode (The Heist preferably) or you can just easily make expensive guns with the Tinkerer and sell them more than they're worth Here's on of the many guides about doing that steamlists.com/madness-project-nexus-tips-tricks-making-fast-money-arena-mode/

you can use the not enough madness mod (NEM for short) and spam the give money command until you have enough for the upgrades

@@christian0h I think he's doing them a favor because the Asylum Patients have been tortured for so many years before Hank raided nexus city🏙️ So him kidnapping them is a good deed & not a bad one. And he even feeds them & teaches them how to float on the water🌊 Needless to say, he is their savior instead of their devil😇 So don't say it's a bad crime. Just imagine if you we're an Asylum Patient & you've been through a lot of painful surgeries, shot with drugs a lot💉 And tranquilized with bonesaws! Until someone came from the sewers & took you away from the abusive hospital you we're trapped in all those years ago. It makes Crackpot admirable instead of heinous💙

@@christian0h Yeah but he at least did a good deed for them. That's why he earns the title of being their father. And he considers them to be his children. Which makes one think it's wholesome because while he does want to build a cult to spite his rival Jeb, he cares for his children a lot & when he had enough of seeing his beloved kids killed, he starts killing the one who is a murderer & a sinner👿

@@AdamJ103_ let me elaborate further, Not Enough Madness is a cheat engine mod that basically lets you mod anything and everything from making custom origins, stages to being different characters. In this instance he was playing as Apotheosis Hank via changing the character through the mod. And yes it is free

Thanks for this. I noticed that both sides of the passageway can be accessed through those two different levels, but I haven't seen anyone talk about it until now, and I can't play the game myself cuz I'm poor. Kinda expected it to open the gate, but at least it gives us an extremely rare achievement. Also the chainsaw is only good if you charge up the attack.
