Peach’s “realization” speech is seen in another horror game. In Metal Sonic.exe, Sonic makes a very similar speech when he is killed, thinking *he* should be in charge, too.

It's already not credible from the beginning since they've used a theme of Undertale that plays while we're in the True Lab. If we ignore the fact that Nintendo doesn't steal other creator's OSTs, there's also the fact that Undertale came out in 2015, so a long time after this demo was theoratically made. But it's just a little detail and maybe I'm taking this too seriously ^^'
