I have few fears that hold me back from hearing others experience online. A) Fear of not returning to my body. B) A demon entering my body or someone else and I’m unable to get back. C) If I die in the astral realm and in real life. // I feel my intuition drawing me to do it. An answer would be much appreciated.

I have had this experience five times last year. It's very real. We are more than our physical bodies and no it's not DEMONIC. The first time it happened I was resting on my back half asleep and half awake when suddenly I felt vibrations that I thought were the bed shaking. It wasn't the bed it was my body. After a few seconds, I was out of my body at the height of the ceiling. A very wild and amazing experience.

Same circumstances, but I didn't project per se. Instead I knew what was happening rolled over went to sleep, but was sucked into the astral and visited family members I had never met.

I had two astral projection experiences in 2021. The first time I experienced it, I was afraid. I didn’t know what was happening. I thought I was dead. I was floating in the living room and there was a bright light blue hue emitting from everywhere. I didn’t go anywhere but back into my body bc I kinda freaked out. I couldn’t speak or touch anything in that dimension. I could see everything my family member was doing while sleeping. When I awoke, I inhaled deeply returning to my body. The second experience was while sleeping again, this time I came out half way enough to see a different being not far from the bed. I’m not sure what it was. It was a shadowy figure with a cloak like clothing. We can’t believe everything we see or hear so I’m not sure what it was. I became enveloped with fear and again, couldn’t utter a single word. I managed to squeeze out, “In the name of Jesus,” and it vanished. I woke up the same way in tears, this time with so many more questions. I do know we must be prepared mentally for the spiritual warfare.

Ive had a NDE as a baby and remembered it before i was told what happened. I use to lucid dream as a kid and my dad who also had a NDE as a baby use to be able astral travel. When he was away from home he would visit me in my dreams and then call the next morning and ask if i remembered what happened. He would say something to jog my memory then it would all come flooding back.

Folks, I will tell you what it’s really like…. The truth, and you are not gonna be able to do this within the first year’s of attempting it.. you are not asleep like the movies portrayed to you. You are conscious. You have to begin with at least I do, almost seeing that you were out in space as though you were an astronaut floating in space without any gear. You need to focus on a light and try to basically grab that light and imagine it. Pulling you with whatever speed you want it to go. You will begin filling a rocking. It might be a rocking from your head to your feet as though you were on a swingset or at other times it might be a swinging feeling side to side. It is really never the same. Know anybody around you which I do recommend somebody else be there, will not see your body floating, but you will become floating and it is usually not at one time so your feet will float up a little bit and then your head and it will continue that way as you float. Anybody next to you again they cannot see this but the bed impossible objects on the bed can actually Start moving and this moving or rocking whoever is there with you will be able to feel this if it is on a surface like a bed , if it is on a floor , no that’s not the case. But at this point you are now in sleep paralysis, and I do not recommend you doing this alone For the first year . You will not be able to just start this initially and think you’re going to complete this entire task. No, this will take you years to get to that level and you’ll become terrified in so many cases and times until you know exactly how to get out of sleep paralysis And this begins to open a door for you and I don’t know if that door is always positive or negative. You have to remember just like your door at home you can’t always control what is going to come through that door. You will become increasingly able to know more, predict more, and understand more, but if you are not prepared for this, this could mentally destroy you, and I’m choosing my words very carefully as I’m telling you this. This is nothing to take for granted, and just don’t think that there are no health risk, spiritual risk, or an invitation to some thing that you might not want with you. Remember as much as this video wants to tell you, these are all old ancient techniques, yes, they are right, they are, but are you ready to take on some thing that you might not know what it is or what it’s gonna cost you to do so

Or and being accelerated at a high uncomfortable rate, then having difficulty 'waking' up. Feeling the physical body as a dead weight, like a bag of cement alongside or below the subtle body. Being unable to animate the body into wakefulness until I can move my toe, a mere twitch, or shout out loud, that sounds like a scream to my wife, kids and guests. Upon waking I'm peacefully asleep without incidence within seconds. All is well. I've had these night consciousness experiences most of my adult life. They're now routine, no big deal. I've had a hand full of beautiful, serene events too, waking up elated.

My first time was fear and felt my breathing change. My breathing, and the humming was in sync. I was listening to astral projection tunes. When it felt really relaxed, it felt too unreal but real (if that makes sense) then I felt myself "drop" and I immediately opened my eyes scared lol

@@alanmcbride6658That sounds more like a sleep paralysis. I can move my body completely fine during my trips and before it. Of course staying still is recommended especially when the vibrations start. But I’ve never struggled to move my body. Unless sleep paralysis, which is not exactly same thing though one can from that state travel too.

Thank you so much for such an inspiring and inspiring video on the subject of astral travels and Out-of-Body experiences. I am a Out-of-Body experiencer and astral travels since my awakening that happened in early 2012. To make it short, in 2021 during the pandemic, I do recall that it's was a Saturday at noon during the summer time. I just finish to have my lunch and needed to relax and digest. I went to my bedroom and sat in my bed 🛌 with my back leaning on the wall. Suddenly, I fell sleepy and took a deep breath to relax with my eyes closed. Suddenly, without warning ⚠️ all my body began to vibrate from toe to my feet that were immediately paralyzed. The vibration moved on the top of my chest, making me shaken including my entire bed 🛌. My ears were ringing and I knew what was going to occur. I kept calm, briefing slowly. When the intense vibration reached my heart then exist to the top of my crown, I heard a loud sound like if I was near to an airport when an airplane is taking off. Then, suddenly I heard a puff and existed my body and found myself floating above the roof of my apartment. I began to fly ascending at high speed in the blue sky like a Royal eagle. I just began my astral travel. After flying in the sky for a while, I started to descend loosing my altitude. I found myself flying above an unknown beautiful town with houses 🏘 that looked like those of the middle age. I don't know why, but my spirit directed me in one particular house and landed in front of her courtyard. An unknown force pushed me to enter the house, what I did and reaching the leaving room, I saw a man and a lady who were talking. Suddenly, the lady saw me and seemed surprised. I ran 🏃‍♂️ faster and existed from the backdoor reaching the backyard. I knew that that lady will follow me to check it out. Suddenly, I heard a voice coming deeper inside me, telling me to immediately take off. What I did. I found myself flying on the top of that house. As I was spinning around, I looked below and saw that lady who was looking at me and was shouting and screaming in anger saying; " Do not come back and if you do I will cut you off..." Then, I began to ascend in the sky, I turned on my left to depart, but I heard again the lady shouting at me, she was holding a long machette, screaming and saying;" Do not go on the left direction, go on your right..." I don't know why, but I obeyed her and made a U-turn then I flew at high speed in the deep space. Suddenly, I woke up to my bed, I was sweating and my heart was beating and pumping. I wonder, who was that lady 🤔 Thank you 😊

@@ShaS-mq3gv Since my experience I no longer fear death, it's part of this Earth's experience in the 3rd dimension. Your silver cord will not be cut in an OBEE. Drugs can give you issues with this. Meditation is the purest form to get into a higher self. I do not know your story but follow your intuition and do what makes you happy, help others and do what you can to raise your vibration and frequency. My take on demons is that both "God" and the "Devil" (Evil & Good, Dark & Light) is within us all. Everything is, so you can control who you are. Fight your demons, or you will become one. If you have done something bad you need to fix that with karma, do good, love! Forget the past and live in the present. Do not fear, get THE knowledge and trust yourself in who you are. Be thankful and never give up! You are here to get knowledge for your soul (Gnosis). Go get it! Hope this helps a little..

I'm finally starting to master astral projection and lucid dreaming after almost 3 years now. Every time i go to sleep I leave and go somewhere else. Usually its my home and city but I've been having a lot of crazy experiences. To whoever reads this its no game and its not something to do for fun. You need to be grounded, you need to feel your vibrations and use it, you need to make sure your protected. I get attacked a lot but i also have a lot of amazing experiences. Make sure you have no fears especially when you begin. I'm not going to say too much but i have powers that I'm starting to awaken. @@annR512 I've been attacked by these black shadows with red eyes a few times and been attacked by 3 greys once when I first started. I don't really get attacked anymore from my knowledge as long as I keep my vibration high and keep up with my protections. They can't get near me anymore. Now it's more of "tests". Read matrix v gold edition by val Valerian. You gotta find shim (your higher self) and trust in shim. PAY ATTENTION! Meditate daily, learn to feel your energy, feel your chakras spinning, lean towards the gold light f the light side/dark side bs. The gold light is the protection. I don't want to say too much might've already lol but Stay safe and keep elevating. Also stop giving you power away

The key to astral projecting is meditating on the solar plexus chakra and the astral cord where your belly button is...plus listen to binaural beats while meditating and practice some kind of fasting with herbs

That’s not how it works. Astral projection is another existence of the self, but you still exist in your body too. You can still move your body while flying in the space. You exist in two places simultaneously. Nobody can hijack your body without you knowing. Also when it comes to letting entities inside. That’s possible even wide awake.

I’ve had two obe. When i was young i would sleep walk and have bouts of sleep paralysis. It was during a couple episodes of the paralysis that i had the obe’s. I’ve also had one near death experience. I had some heart issues and had to be shocked, i was in a dark place and heard my father who had passed years ago telling me to get up it’s not my time.

This happens to me from time to time less now because I take medication for pain but I really suffer from bad sleep paralysis ever since I was 16… it starts with sleep paralysis then I can fly from one side of the room to another while watching my physical body in bed and if I’m lucky enough I can fly outside and see the roof and even go outside of space where I’ve had conversations with people who passed away. I thought it was dream stage in sleep paralysis but some one explained it was Astro projection. I suffer from sleep paralysis and can’t now talk enough to have my wife wake me up if it’s to uncomfortable….the first time I thought I was being attacked . The second time I fully Astro out. Side and was able to see the roof and items stuck in my roof . Few weeks later I needed to go to the roof due to work needing to be done and saw everything I saw in my Astro phase. I didn’t have an out of body experience when I died of an accidental OD at the age of 2 & 1/2 yrs old but did have a strange dream were everything was dark until I saw a threshold open and light was on the other side, when I went through the other side, there was a thick, thick fog on the floor so thick I couldn’t see my feet, and there was nothing literally nothing but bright and dead trees. I suddenly heard a voice a woman’s voice, and she asked if I wanted to stay I said no I wanted to go back with my mom then suddenly a fruit and a few leaves screw on one of the dead trees and she asked if I was sure I replied to yes then the Voice said if you leave, you Might not be able to come back I said it’s OK I want my mom I was only 2 1/2 years old I ate from the tree and when I did I woke up in the hospital as they were pumping my stomach and shoving something up my nose, which was really painful…

That’s pretty fascinating. I had a black void experience during a NDE but it was extremely comforting, didn’t go further then that though, but there was a female voice that was talking to someone else who simply said it wasn’t my time. She didn’t even acknowledge me. However I remember her presence from when I was born and it seemed as though she asked if I was sure I wanted to go back ( I don’t recall any words being spoken just me agreeing in some form or another and I fell into the baby I was looking down on) I thought the birth thing was a dream because the lady I remember who actually gave birth to me wasn’t my mom that I knew, I didn’t find out till I was 12-13 that I was adopted at birth and then it made sense that the “dream” was more of a cemented memory which is why it never went away. I gotta say, the end of your experience sounds kind of ominous though 😳

In my sleep paralysis episodes I always see a dark shadowy figure in my room that always scares tf out of me lol so I struggle hard af to wake up. It always hurts until I awaken 🤦🏽‍♂️. I've only astroprojected mostly as a kid but my dreams sometimes come true now. Those are the ones that feel the realest 🤷🏽‍♂️.

Astral projection can be dangerous. If you are in a negative environment and you project from that environment you may encounter negative entities. Be responsible in your own vibration and the vibration of your location before projecting. I know the claims about projection are mixed some say it's never bad other say something similar to what I said. I speak only from experience It is not always rainbows and angels.

@@ShaS-mq3gv Your body can not be stolen from you without you noticing, because you are still connected when you’re away. Some people talk about some silver cord. But I’ve never seen that. However I know I exist in two places. I can literally move my fingers and toes knowingly while still being out of my body elsewhere. What comes to dying. We can never know for 100% fact what is going to happen. But we do know, this human body will eventually some day die. But our spiritual body. Astral body is most likely what people name as soul. In which you’d be still alive even if your human vessel dies. Astral travel can not cause your physical body to die though. Or it’s very unlikely for that to happen. But of course one can die out of fear. So this should not be taken too lightly either.

I have had it happen a lot. Since I was a little kid. Probably well over a hundred times over the years. I actually questioned whether I could fly, until I was in my early teens. Lol Another oddity that I have questioned, is there is no fear. None at all. Seeing something "unusual" every time, I say "Hello, how are you ?" Which almost seems programmed. I would normally word that differently. Using hi or hey. Answering the phone is the only time I say "hello." Never even remotely scared though. I feel for some reason, those theres a reason to be fearful of, need you to be fearful to harm you. No idea why I believe this. The only way I can justify it, and nothing negative ever happening. I did have a falling dream and hit the ground. Nothing happened.I just stood up. Then it skipped to another scene. Like a movie. Which kind if connects to the previous statement. That didnt even scare me enough to wake me up. Lol

I was yanked from my bed by a laughing clown who then instantly began to choke me until I almost lost my consciousness. Then it suddenly stopped and ruffled my hair and said it was just a prank and then we left from a portal to another place. I am not afraid of clowns, nor have I ever seen them on my trips before. In that moment I wasn’t specifically afraid either, but of course I tried to fight to get away from their grip. Idk what would have happened if they wouldn’t have let me go. But if someone told me. I created that clown out of my fears. Pfft. Get out.

I thought mine was a dream until the smell in that dream was so strong (I smelt gas)I thought it was actually coming from our heater for some reason. I made forced myself to wake up to look for that smell. I walked through out my whole house room by room sniffing but no smell. Some time before that, while I was sleeping I felt so relaxed the most best sleep I had ever had when I started to feel like I was floating. I was so happy feeling that way but then my husband moved and tapped me and I came back. I was so mad, lol.

You learn zero. We come from there, exist here then return. Two sides of the spinning coin. So there is no need to learn how to be there, to move etc. Most thingies wishing or performing mischief are in fact here and not there. They cannot go. Finding them you have not left this realm. You’ll have the difficult sights and experiences well before you ever get there. You must. They cannot happen mid travel. You’ll be shocked. The only thing is one basic realisation. And that is the realisation of leaving the body. Then the following realisation of total freedom. Almost. Anyhow. Anywhere or anything that you’re not supposed to see or experience, you won’t. It’s not a new age complex system of this and that. Rather simplistic in reality. The one point of truth is the clarity. The phenomenal indescribable beauty you will most certainly encounter. Finished the whole video and yes it didn’t disappoint! If only I could share through KZfaq directly. Anyway! This really made me feel so good! Yes exactly! All this resonates with my experiences and the fact someone even calling himself astral guru said that all the entities you meet are in your head and they only exist if you fear them. Seriously! I don’t fear the things I see. But sometimes I get attacked and I feel it the same way as I was awake in physical reality. It’s scary and often only waking up from my trance gets me away. Not even always that. I can still hear them roaming around me even while being completely awake. Luckily that happens rarely. More often my travels are just me exploring universe from different perspectives. I even once saw a triangle and rectangle planet. The dark matter covering space was actually touchable. I felt like swimming rather than flying. There’s so much stuff. Hardly brushing the surface here. But I just wanted to say. This video was very empowering. I know I am not crazy. It’s tiring to constantly hear that. Thank you for vibing on the same frequency with me. 💛

The ancient people who practiced astral projection did so from a subjective point of view thus everything they recorded derived from hallucinations they were having in the dream state or what is referred to as the astral plane which is why they all had different interpretations of it. The objectively real part of the experience is the initial separation but one's beliefs if strong will be projected into the dream state or astral plane thus creating the hallucinations. The problem with that is there are others who reside in the dream state or astral plane who are watching the individual and will know what their hallucinating is based on thus they will play on that pretending to be a guardian angel of some sort all while draining you of your energy. If one is going to hang out in the dream state I would suggest you don't have any preconceived notions with regards to religions and or any other superstitious beliefs because that will be what the individual will experience.

@@libraryoftehuti honestly it felt like death. I observed my sleeping body from the rooftop. I realized I was floating and began to fly out of my household. Luckily by then my brother woke my still body up before I took the trip into the unknown. This all happened due to me being a heavy drinker. My brother noticed my breathing was fluctuating like dramatic pauses to where it would take longer to inhale/exhale. If he didn't wake me I'm sure I would have died. It was a dramatic experience I will never forget. It changed my life and I appreciate it.

And what's on the other side depends on the frequency I am tuned in with. The first time I saw the portal opening full swing was on 2.22.24 it was green and I saw the inner landscape of my mind.
