Chris the past few episodes I noticed some of the behaviours you're showing/describing are what I started with at the beginning of my struggles. No for real like no I’m gonna lie I think this every like episode or so at least once with both Sal and Chris. Like I use this podcast to put me to sleep. This was an older episode I think it was one where q was filling. During the episode Sal said his goal weight and it was something insanely small for his height and build ( not saying a number because it is a trigger for a lot, the whole competitive thing) And he implied he didn’t let himself enjoy fashion when he wasn’t at that goal weight. And like that made me, idk I relate to it as someone who lives that. But feel incredibly sad that he has that treatment of himself. ( edit, spelling it was late at night when I wrote this)
