@@marilynwillett804 The truth. I've met many wonderful Africans. I've worked with them. Many I would call my friends. However, the African family that moved next door to me (rental house now) loves blasting their music. When I politely asked them to turn it down, they called me racist. They also invite all their friends over and hold massive drunken loud parties at their rented house. They host these parties all weekend, every weekend. They also fill up the street with cars. They've ruined the experience on the street. Now we are trying to move. The landlord is an absentee landlord. The fence is falling down. The porch and driveway are falling apart. The only thing the landlord cares about is the rent money. The landlord doesn't care what the neighbours think. If you live in Hamilton, and you don't think this can happen to you, think again. Its not about discrimination. Its not hatred. If an African family moves in next door, you can expect the worst behaviour. I'm not prejudiced. However, when it comes to Africans, they don't have the same Canadian values. They aren't going to respect how the community feels.

I definitely agree that Toronto's commuting is a lot easier then Hamilton and majority of the other surrounding cities. With the TTC and everything they have there. I have some Hamilton pros and cons videos on the channel that shares its downsides as well. Good idea on the short term rental rules. I'll add that into a video. Looks like 2023 they might actually change that but it hasn't been set in stone yet.
