Self-love to me on an everyday human level is to be able to hold self through anything in life, things like emotionally supporting self through any emotions that might come up on a day to day, mentally supporting self by talking to self kindly, keeping self in check in terms of maintaining habits that sustain good health, wealth and happiness in general. Self-love on a beyond human level to me is to rediscover and realise what Self truly is, therefore to truly honour Self, knowing that worthiness is a man made word, so is deserve. Self is the essence of nature, Self is isness, higher power, Buddha, allah, Krishna, god, infinite intelligence, Source. To acknowledge and wholeheartedly accept our essence is all things well and abundant at all times and also beyond time, space and human perceptions, is Self love. To accept, allow and receive everything we desire come into our physical realities in its most perfect forms is Self acceptance, self respect and self love ❤
