This is the thing that bothers me, what is so bad about being a girlfriend or boyfriend to someone then learning everything you need to learn about them before you take that big step of getting married if you choose to go that route. When it comes to dating nowadays this is just my opinion, people need to see themselves as corporations and someone else coming into their lives and building relationship as another corporation as well as they're willing to do a partner deal with you. So that means you're going to have to screen them you're going to need to spend time with the corporation in order to understand how it functions. before you decide to go the route of marriage or what I call a merger of two companies together. The old school way of dating doesn't exist anymore it's seen as a disgusting means and a oddity compared to it should be the norm. Just does seem as a cold way of thinking but we're in the age of scammers, liars, users and leeches and you need to have all the tools in order to protect yourself. Find honest love and affection from a partner and to live a life where you both are communicating, respecting as well as cooperating with each other to build a future that's built on happiness. Happiness, love, and whatever else of future holds for you the foundation is the key to ensure that the house you build will always last forever.
