Been feeling the effects of winter lately and getting into a slump. So this past week I've just been filming myself trying to get that motivation back and getting back on track.

Glad it's not just me having backup alarms like this 😂 when you slept in that is also my workday morning some days lol 5AM is a golden hour to meditate if I'm not that tired. :3

If you can get your hands on a dehumidifier , it will help with drying 😊 i live in America and theres thing i dont put in the dryer and hang dry them and having a dehumidifier on helps a whole lot 😉

i feel you with the drying clothes in winter. i live in Scotland and we deal with the same :/ loved this video! i just got out of a slump and some of your tips are what I do to keep at it! especially the gym clothes out the night before

Bruh literally I change my clothes 2-3 times a day. One for exercise, one to get beautified, one to be lazy. Even if I repeat some of the clothing it still adds up. Laundry is a lifestyle lmfao

Melbourne girl here: why dont you use local laundromat dryers to dry your stuff? Those are big too. You could also buy a cheap dryer. But yea, before you know the weather will be mild again to hang and dry in one day outside. 💜

I did try the communal laundry a few times but it’s not very convenient unfortunately for our location and schedule so we just have to be a bit patient during the winter months I guess
