After all the main dcf members got knocked off they was hunting gates Marlo was supposed to get gates but lil Finn happened to be out that night and spotted gates and his cousin and thats when Finn opened fire on gates hitting him in the as so gate and his cousin return fire smashing Finn Finn didn't died from no hand shot that boy had multiple gunshots I was out there on the scene and saw him laid out, he was too messed up on them Xanax bars thinking he could whack gates but was too woozy when he started shooting and that's what caused him his life and Boosie because Boosie sent them boys off to do his dirty work. They tell y'all in they songs Kevin gates and Boosie y'all just not from baton rouge to know what they talking about it was big smoke between gates and boosie

I remember this fight. I worked at Shenanigans and was working there that exact night. I knew Ivy because he was “seeing” one of my friends (not the BM) at one time. After we all left, that’s when we learned he got k*lled. I quit and never went back because it hurt too much. I knew these people 😭 sht still hurts.

But lil finn got smashed tryna knock kevin gates off iykyk. Kevin gates rap about it in many songs including 2 he dropped last year. Finn thought he was gon knock gates off for boosie but ended up getting his as knocked off gates got shot in the as but he and his cousin both returned fire and lit lil finn as up. I used to bartend in the club (I was working at Shenanigans when Ivy got killed. I was one of their first bartenders) but I was also be in places I shouldn’t have been. Life be life-ing. As far as a documentary, I’d love to work on helping telling life stories of these people and others; showing a more “human” side broader than what the streets know/knew. Their backstories. Families. Ancestors. I’m a historian so I research for a living.
