Hey friends, This is my fisrt video after rebranding and hopefully it's a start for so much more to come. I have a vision for this channel, it's not just another youtube automation project, no. I want this channel to be my gate to connect with fans around the world; I'm not a creator who's trying to generate football content. I'm a football fan first and foremost who's trying to produce quality football content as I'm really fed up with the intruders and more importantly I'd love to talk football with more people, share views, discuss and interact together. Hopefully you enjoy the content and please if you do, don't hesitate to show the slightest bit of support as it really helps me to move forward.

This is a good video, how can we blame eth for getting the players he knows, cuz he didn't trust the players that the scouts at United would propose, which he is right to do.
@JuxtafootballАй бұрын
Thanks man❤️ I see where you're coming from, but still he shouldn't have been given that much power. He's simply not SAF, but that's not his fault entirely, this definitely stems from above.
@mustafahassan9756Ай бұрын
@@Juxtafootball that's true, but he needed that amount of control because united became a club where players have more power than coach, leaks and press conferences etc so he needed that power, that's why he treated Ronaldo the way he did, it wasn't right but all the players fell in line and we had a decent season. But still he made signing mistakes

Again I see your point but as mentioned in the video backing the manager and hierarchy are 2 separate things. Jurgen and Pep have all the support concerning what decisions to make inside their dressing rooms, but they both fall under their respective clubs' management when it comes to recruitment. Every club in modern football implements a system where every department has its own personnel with a required skillset. You can't just give him a green light to recruit, discipline and execute. Eventually, it's not his own club.

This usually happens with "project" managers and an unstable board, But I'm not kidding when I say this, I see Ten Hag and INEOS taking United to the TOP (If he stays). If not him then, we're out of options.

I don’t see Erik staying tbh, and also I don’t think he’s the best fit for this team now. He lost almost every single player in there, so it’s incredibly hard to rebound from that. It’s in the greater good for the club to hire someone new to pump something fresh into these players
@AhduciekwndnbbbsvvvghhhyyyyyАй бұрын
@@Juxtafootball but isn’t that exactly the same argument used for every manager? “He’s lost the players, gotta go” = we let players dictate. Right now the culture is that if a player doesn’t track back, it’s on the manager that didn’t motivate him enough. If a player is indisciplined, it’s the manager that didn’t control him. What needs to happen is to flip that power dynamics to be clearly in the club and managers hands. Placing accountability on players first. Until that happens, the cycle will continue forever.
@JuxtafootballАй бұрын
You’re definitely not wrong, but that take is a little bit utopian. Managers are the weakest link in this cycle and they’ll always be because they’re the most replaceable. If I have to disagree on just one little thing, it is that I do believe it’s the coaches job to bring out the best from his players. Man management is one of the most and underrated assets of a coach, and you’ve got a great example in the best man manager I’ve ever seen, Carlo Ancelotti.
@AhduciekwndnbbbsvvvghhhyyyyyАй бұрын
At United it’s not about poor man management. It’s about poor players. The last thing United needs is to accommodate player power more, and be seduced into a story where the manager needs to be softer/nicer for them to perform.
@JuxtafootballАй бұрын
I totally get your point but there are a lot of different variables in this equation. I’m reading rumors about Antony calling him names on the Whatsapp group chat, and that’s a player he personally recruited which makes you question what’s happening inside of that dressing room. But yeah, this squad needs to be purged as mentioned in the video.

Have you seen the stats? In the 23/24 season United are the team that faced the most shots in the Premier League. If it wasn't for Onana, we'd be a bottom half team.
@theemotionalremix24 күн бұрын
You made this video for nothing because EtH is gone in the summer. Man United fans have such a small club mentality for wanting this guy to stay. Real Madrid would've fired him in December.
@Juxtafootball24 күн бұрын
This is exactly a point made in the video mate, I think he should go now but I just don’t think that he’s entirely a bad coach.

@@Juxtafootball oh. Sorry about that. I just read the comments and made assumptions. My bad 🤭

Its both's fault A coach's job should prosper in most conditions. Yes, even injuries, since real madrid has more injuries but Ancelotti did good. The team seems to only long ball and pressure(except rashford), not even addressing the buying of old ajax players. We needed time with coaches, sure. But ETH isnt the man. Eric "my players become ballers when they leave" ten hag is a mediocre coach in a hellhole
@Juxtafootball21 күн бұрын
I think it’s a relationship that has seen its dead end. Parting ways would be the best for both parties tbh.

@@Juxtafootball indeed, ETH is one of the worst types of manager to handle current united so for the best of MAN U and ETH's career he must go
