I trade the M1 tf and I find it good for myself. It may destroy your trading if you try to trade many pairs, I advise you to focus on 1-2 pairs only. Cause when it stops you out you should still be on the same chart to get the next move instead of switching to many pairs and get stopped out over and over again. Focus on 1 pair guys, you will succeed

I'd say, this is going to depend a LOT on your technical process, I trade the 1m for entries only, but from 15m zones, if the 15m zone doesn't meet my criteria I don't even go to 1m. I think that the problem with a lot of SMC trades that struggles with 1m is because they don't create a HTF history and just jump in the 1m to look for entries. The entries and the criteria to take a trade is not the same, if your rules are only in your entries but not in your zones, time frames, structure, etc.. Then there's the problem.

And nobody said that 1m is bad. It is all about knowing the higher TF bias. 1m can be clean for so many traders, but most of them dont know how to trade it. That is why this video was made i belive.

Agree with you! I traded 1M with 1RR but it was to fast for me, I overtraded and didn't respect my plan. Now on 5M, my stop loss zone seems more logic and my stress is less important than before. Thumbs up !

The problem is people want the big trades, which there is nothing wrong with that, but instead of going for higher risk trades, compound accounts, and take the little profits. People should be looking at time on screen as their bench mark. I'd rather trade for 1 hour and make $100, than sit in front of the monitor watching a trades bounce around the place for hours on end to have it break even or even go into drawdown. The beauty of it as well, once you master how to spot your Choch, FVG and order blocks, you can take multiple small entry trades relatively risk free as your R:R is not dependent on a 50-100 pip TP. My profitablility doesn't come from high R:R trades, but compounded funded accounts and taking smaller trades.

Facts... assets under management should be the objective, not big monthly returns... Scaling multiple prop firm account for 7 figures and up and having like 3% as a monthly target, while maintaing the accounts for the long term is the best way to do it...

This! I trade the 1 min and love it but I realize I get faked out a lot and I’m going back to the 5 minute. I felt like before I was missing moves on 5 minute

I think the 1 minute timeframe is fantastic but like you mentioned there are many traders that do not know how to control their greed. I enter only on market execution so im always getting filled where I want and my targets are 3.5x my risk every single time. I was in SMC for a long time and I was once a greedy trader targeting 10+ RR per trade but now I found my balance while still being able to use the 1m timeframe. The markets are fractal and the same things / patterns repeat themselves on every timeframe so you just have to create a system that is extremely objective and has 0 subjectivity when it comes to executing on the 1m timeframe. Overall this video definitely pointed out so many important points and I agree with you. Great video Michael!

This trade on the lower timeframe was sell But on the higher timeframe it was correction of the beginning of the uptrand because on the higher timeframe you can see that we broke the downtrendline so it was normal to have a correction on the smaller timeframe The key in this trade is to know your TP goal and close it before the price go into the original direction witch was BUY 😮

What you discussed at 4:26 actually happened to me last week. I had 3 trades with small SL - when the news came out instead of being taken out at 1% it was 1.5% - luckily it was a demo

I only trade off the 1 minute lol so I’ll do my analysis there and simply wait for price to reach a zone in a trending environment then I’ll only aim for a 1:1RR. I know the 1 minute wont suit everyone but 1min has been working best for me and my trading

this makes sense cause when i used to trade 1m targeting far zones is stressfull , now i trade higher time frame like the 1h entry im more comfortable holding out positions

I just had 2 trades this week and last week running 4-5% then ended up BE and -1% because of my high target. Its indeed a waste..now i just added 3R rule to my fixed target..specially in counter trend trades..

Hi Michael, Just wanted to say thank you for opening my eyes. I have done the homework and it turns out i'm actually really profitable with 1:3 trades with a bigger SL than those 1:20 trades with a smaller SL. I have just passed another funded account with a 70% win rate instead of 15/20% like I used to have in the past. Keep up the good video's.

Great video Michael. You mentioned traders with big capital sometimes struggle to get orders filled. If your trading 7-8 figures, what’s a good entry timeframe so you don’t run into that problem?

If you dont know the context of the market , using M1 will be the fastest way to blown your account. But, if you know what you doing , M1 will make the cleanest timeframe to look at market . For me i use M1 for entry , but most of time i zoom it out so i can see the whole picture. Took only 1-3 setup per day . Not more .

@@MichaelBamber London and NY . I used to have high expectation took 4-5 entry per day using M1 . But now i have develop high prob edge , that occur 0-3 entry per day . Sometime i dont get at all , but mostly i took 3 entry ( max ) per day . Avg 1-2 bro.
