We went back in August and had a blast.. and food was available all night long. After restaurants are closed Route 66 was open until 6am with pub style food (burgers, fries, chicken tenders etc). The staff was super friendly. Drinks were always flowing and the entertainment staff made it memorable. Sorry your stay was not great. Our room was always clean but the only problem was the AC wasn't as cold as we would like and we let them know. They explained that the door to the patio needs to be closed for the ac to get cold but that didn't work well enough. The kids loved the bowling alley and we played there almost every night after dinner. The sports bar was always good to hang out at playing pool, air hockey and table tennis while the kids played at the teen room also with its own pool table and Xbox consoles. Overall great experience and yes the beach is rocky definitely not for swimming.

That thick mole really got to me. I was planning on taking my daughter to this resort after her cxc exams finish but thank you so much for this review. My daughter is a asthmatic and once mole is in the environment it is an instant attack. The dust also would definitely be a problem too. It seem like that hotel is a racist hotel. Thank you soooooo much for this review. I certainly will not be going there. Thanks much again

Thank you for your candid review and sorry to see that your vacation wasn't as well as it could've been. I've booked already for May next door at Eden Bay hoping they don't have the same issues.

Just returned from Ocean Eden Bay, it was a disappointment- especially the beach. Only one small area had a sand entry and the rest was dangerous with people falling and getting injured. Lifeguards were a joke, they didnt even try to inform people of the danger. Food was good and service was average, room service was substandard, we had to use the same bath towels for three days - that is fine for at home but not at a resort promoted as a luxury 5 Star. If you just want a pool with screaming loud music all day and loud bands untill 11pm nightly you might enjoy it here.

@@mylesroettger5397 sounds accurate. I got food poisoned while I was there and had diarrhea. I couldn't get bath tissues so I had to take a shower each time I had to go. I called the front desk for tissue and they told me they had to get approval to send me tissues. I didn't get a tissue to this date. You're accurate in regards to the towel situation and to think you went over to Eden's that you'd be treated a little better. This is terrible!

KMT trash Hotel! The beach is a disappointment! I would NEVER go back! My mom was really sick and unable to come to the buffet for meals, room service and the hospitality was a HUGE disappointment. Moon Palace is forever and will forever be my place to stay! top tier treatment.

This is completely accurate. We had the same issue with room service, my wife's dad wasn't feeling well and they wouldn't allow us to bring food to him. Total disappointment

Hi I was at this hotel during this same time I saw you guys down by the red snapper restaurant .I totally agree with you our room was also a mes the accessories were dusty the bed linens were not so cleaned , food taste bad My husband and I just didn't enjoy our selves .I will definitely not recommend.

If i have to walk with duster Walkvwith food to eat by 9 pm. Food is a must during n after entertainment Plus ud have sleep and watching God forbid the room wont break n separate from the rest if the building...its best i not go n regrets

I'm so sorry you both had such horrible experiences on your vacation. People keep asking me why I keep going back to MoonPalace each time I visit, and I'd tell them I've not been to any other resort that offer the services that Moonpalace does.

Moon Palace is by far above the rest. I will always go back to Moon Palace. We were to attend a wedding at Coral Ocean Spring and even the wedding had to be cancelled as the bride paid her money and no plans were in place

Big up the Brownnnnn family! Happy to know that me and huzzy aren’t the only ones to ONLY vacation back a wi yard. Nothing worse then paying your good good money and you find say the place don’t clean. Not once but twice. I’m very sorry for your experience. Look like moon palace is it.

The parent company is Spanish just like Riu. I research who owns places to vet them and get the full picture, but customer service is just lacking in all areas these days.

I went there a few months ago, and I will never go there again. They want to charge us $100.00 US DOLLARS for a birthday cake in the lobby, and the room wasn't all that great

That is ridiculous! Another thing I noticed was that they close all food areas by 11pm "officially" then charge you 25usd per room service order. And don't even think to order more than one meals on that same order cause you're only getting one. So if you need a burger and a pizza, you won't be getting both. You'd have to pay $25.00 for them separately. Also if you don't get to the restaurants by 9 then you can't get a reservation. We went to the Route 66 restaurant at 9 and they told me that the kitchen will be closing by 10 and they are out of food. I couldn't stop laughing. And remember that this restaurant should close officially at 11pm. So I now know it's not All Inclusive but rather Part Inclusive

They are a couple more reviews that aren't great. It's just that for some strange reason they don't pop up in the search engine easily. The resort is usually clean, it's mainly the room. Also we saw rodents in the room and in the resort

I went to an all inclusive in Dom Rep and that's exactly what they did me, invited me to a meeting to sell me a package for 15000 US. I'm like what? I need to be broke to travel to an hotel. I didn't know jamaica also does this crap.

I went to the Dom Repub last year and was disappointed big time. Loud music, dirty, toiler runs, much more. Carribean is not really the place for a good vacation. Mexico better, much better.

Martha's Market is not good period. However, the "Red Snapper" and the Sugar Cane will provide more tastier options. Overall, I would give it a 6 out of 10

The Snapper resturant has no snapper or special fish. It carries the same general food as the other resturants. The BEACH is horrible the privileged side is a little better. The "unprivileged" general public side is "Mud". The sales pitch is horrible, they try hard to sell you future room packages "crazy" just a modern day time share. We will not return to this hotel.

When when workers at Ocean Coral Springs realizes you are Jamaican they give subpar service, I have witness this at my self with one of the servers, when the white ppl came in for dinner his whole personality change! I would not recommend this property!! save your money and stay at another property, even holiday inn have better service!
