I love watching both perspectives! Alfie (sometimes not all the time) has the “go getter” busy lifestyle catch up vlogs where I love watching Zoe’s where she has (sometimes) a more cozy day with mark or friends. Alfies perspective is motivation, future self, love and respect, projects! Zoe’s is mental health, daily sometimes slower life with products, projects and girl tribe vibes and good laughs with Mark. She has more intimate vlogs, while Alfie sparks a fun motivator vibe!

About what Raya said, I remembered it was the worst when Alfie, Zoe and Joe was vlogging for Vlogmas 2018. That time we (most audience) gotten 3 different vlogs of the same day/night event. I think we loved to see the different perspectives from all the vlogs. But it was so manic, I felt like a race of whose vlog was up first. LOLs. But I watched all of them. They were so entertaining and funny too. :)

I feel like the content Alfie and Zoe uploads is so different. Even if they spent the whole day together and vlogged you see a totally different perspective since they are such different people. I’ve definitely watched both videos about the same day.

I always watch both vids and love the different perspectives. I’m so glad you and Zoe accepted that you’d grown out of the content you made back then, because a lot of your audience did too, and we’re happy to have aged up with you.

Absolutely LOVED this video!! Been watching both you and zoe for around 5 years now and I watch both sets of the same video personally 🤷‍♀️ Completely understand the girls' perspective and the reason you both stopped daily vlogging. Still love the videos and you guys regardless of schedule! X

I absolutely loved the video. Great conversation and so honest. I have been watching Alfie's and Zoe's videos for years now and just seeing how they have grown up together is so nice to see. Communication is the key and there is a noticeable difference of how they used to be on camera (daily vlogs) and how they are now. It feels more honest. Lots of love from Spain.

Great discussion. I watched Alfie's vlogs on and off over the years, not as much as some people. It helped get me through a lot of my depressing uni times. Really interesting seeing the real side of it and just talking about some damaging effects, I just found it really interesting so thank you for sharing this with us. And well done for keeping up such an intense job for so long.

Loved this video, from an outsiders point of view you can completely understand why it would be so much pressure to daily vlog everyday, when people first started doing it you think it looks so easy but you don’t actually think about the pressure to find content or to film when your partner might not want to be filmed. You can see the difference now you’re not filming all the time, although we miss watching everyday. On the topic of vlogmas I’d always watch both videos as the content isn’t exactly the same it’s always filmed from different angles or you’d hear a different part of a conversation plus it’s completely different filming styles and even though you are together you’re still different people. Thanks for sharing your life, if we hadn’t of watched your videos we never would have experienced Brighton, in which now we want to move there as we love it so so much! Keep doing what you’re doing x

I will always be grateful for the period of time where Alfie was in our lives everyday. Some days, watching his video was the only 20 minutes where I could escape my awful thoughts and I relied on that to get me through. I am glad they are not under that daily pressure anymore and I love watching all the old vlogs 🥰

Ive been following/supporting you for years now, i met you 6/7 years ago in Blackpool at the NCS Yes event, and met Zoe during her book tour back in 2014 - i'm 22 now, and feel like i've grown up with you. I can see how mature you & your content has become, still fun to watch!! So, i for one find this video sooo interesting, like a 'behind the scenes' that viewers like myself have probably never thought of. Props to you guys! :-) x

I'm not sure about anyone else that watches your videos, but from my perspective (regarding the vlogmas situation), I watch BOTH of your videos, even when you've filmed the same day, including vlogmas, I watch both videos. Because usually, yeah sure you do have some parts of the vlog that are the same, BUT you also find that you missed something from one person's vlog, you don't hear something in one vlog, but also the rest of the day and what you actually film isn't 100% the same. It's really only a small amount that's the same! Plus I like to support the people I love to watch regardless of whether or not I've seen it before. I rewatch videos sometimes so why wouldn't I watch a video that may be similar to one I've seen already?

Alfie, thank you for posting this! I LOVED it! I think from an outsider's perspective, the bottom line is vlogging is work, right? So, if you're putting vlogging aka work ahead of your partner, that's not healthy. SO many people put their work (think business owners) ahead of their relationship and it can be detrimental. I was in a relationship for 5 freakin' years, and we didn't get paid to post on Instagram, but we felt the PRESSURE of keeping up with an 'aesthetic feed' because that's what everyone who was anyone was doing, so we'd put so much pressure on ourselves to do something exciting EVERY DAY we were not at our actual jobs. And if we didn't do anything that day, we would get annoyed with each other and get into arguments... it put a serious strain on our relationship. Chill days were not a thing. So I can definitely see where you're coming from. Thanks for this!! We can use this video as advice to not put our work (no matter what job it is) ahead of relationships. Much love!

It’s amazing. I started watching Alfie in like middle school? And that was around 2008/2009 and just seeing the content evolve over the years to something as a young 20 year old I now identify with is amazing. Before I sometimes felt like the videos were a barrier in which it was just fun stuff! And now he’s been coming out with raw videos that are so honest and thought provoking. Love this!

This was such an interesting conversation! Very nice to have all the different perspectives (2 couples, 2 daily vloggers, 2 partners and an 'outsider'). I also find your honest chats as a couple very enjoyable to watch, because they seem more real to me than the 'fun stuff'. Also, I had never seen Raya before but she reminds me of Camila Mendes a lot (I think it's the eyebrows lol).

This was a brilliant video and was so interesting. My heart went out to Louis when Raya shared with him how she felt about the Balloon ride bless them both. I actually don't think many people appreciate how hard work YouTubing is, people just see the money/fame and thing it epic all the time so was really interesting to see the reality off it all. ❤️

Thank you so much for this, it was so insightful. I’ve grown us watching zoe and still remember her first videos - I honestly did not realise really how much work goes into ‘daily vlogging’ but now that I’ve seen this and I think about it I see it. I think we all as viewers see it as the ‘perfect’ life as in like ‘wow they don’t even work they just film their fun days and can do whatever they want to do, how fun’ this video was so eye opening! I can feel the pressure of not being able to do the small things like sleeping in as you would feel like you could potentially be wasting time in the day to make content. Love you guys! 💓💓💓💓
