Thank you Paul and guides. I have realized that the only way I could get out of the ego was to observe my breathing until the mind stopped. I have continued to keep some attention on breath, even during activity, and this has allowed me to experience or “imperience” the upper room and to remain in that consciousness. The ego is righ there still, trying to suck me in, but I am present. I am free, I am free, I am free!

I just started reading your book 1st beyond the known realization. Amazing I have to say I just was coming back from a trip and I’m sitting there in the plane reading the book and no lie stood still and I was back home within 15 minutes, so no time had passed. It was very interesting I almost felt like I was in the twilight zone. I looked up and said holy crap, I got so immersed into the book that literally it took me to another place and before I knew it I was back on the ground

I am grateful for this teaching. I always feel so warm, fuzzy and peaceful after the guides tone through Paul. The only funny thing is that when they are counting a one, a two, a three, it reminds me of Harry Carey about to sing “Take Me Out To the Ball Game” during a Cubs baseball game.😅

It helps me when I feel like my energy is more of a tornado😂❤. I also like to replace the main word with whatever I am wanting to feel at that time like confidence for instants or knowledgeable. I am knowledgeable through my knowing of myself as knowledgeable🙏🥰 thank you Paul and guides so so much

Thanks to the Guides and you Paul, one more Puzzelpeace that the Body has to agree. I take the Body really for granted i must honor and talk to my Body and inform that there's no actual Danger relax, relax, relax🙏 and the Joy that arises when Fear is gone ☀️
