As a guy who has a shit brain and friends who also have a shit brain, I think I can confidently say that friends like you are the actual best. No, you unfortunately can't just fix people's mental health, but friends who care and show up truly make life worth living.

I agree totally with what fred said about having friends with bad mental health. You want to help them so bad but sometimes you just cant do anything more than what youre doing. And its frustrating

Honestly love this channel because it never feels over edited. It’s awkward and silly and feels like some random persons brain and that’s rare on KZfaq. Constant jokes are good, but so is some random British dude sitting in the middle of nobody chatting about his friends.

Everyone is talking about how tough it is to have a friend who has bad mental health and I gotta join in. It IS tough, one of my closest friends who is one of the kindest people I know is being committed to a long term eating disorder recovering facility on Monday here in the states. I want to help her, but it's tough because I can't make her eat or make her believe anything I'm saying. I'll never stop supporting her, but it hurts that she can't see how sad it makes me to see her in pain and angry with herself for having an illness. She deserves the world, the good parts, not whatever tf she was stuck with. Thank you for this video Freddie, a good calm video is just what a lot of us needed tbh.

As someone with their own mental health issues and is friends with someone with them, both sides can be hard but friends like you are a huge help, just having someone there for you. as a person who has a few close friends with bad mental health, i did have the experiance where one of them disapeared from the face of the earth for a while and i genuinly thought they where gone. it took a toll on me for suree, but theyre okay, alive and breething so genuinly it's the worrying so much that's the worst part for us. but sadly, sometimes we simply can exist and do nothing to help them.
