Met Matteo at a subdial event recently, just before the release of the watch. He was so friendly and approachable- love the watch and the fact he dared to do something different. Hats off.

The best description I can sumise of the Anoma A1 is that its a breath of fresh air in an industry dominated by the love for integrated steel sports watches. Matteo brings a new perspective that has clearly not gone unnoticed. Cheers mate and wish him all the best as he continues on this wonderful journey. Live, laugh, love brother - at the end of the day that's what makes life so meaningful!

Very cool stuff! Interesting stance and information on the modern watch world. $1300 is insane for a micro brand and a saleta movement. Hopefully the seller isnt just cash grabbing and puts some cool stuff out there

This is great. I love this watch. I'm seriously tempted, in all the press photos it's worn above the wrist bone which is where I don't wear my watches however. Justin straight away puts it on his wrist exactly where I wear watches (below wrist bone) and it looks amazing! I'm presuming it's still comfortable a little lower? If so, I'm sold and I'll be ordering!

You mention the name Jaeger-Lecoultre in reference to the movement in the Cardin watches. These calibers are in fact Jaegers, a French company which had nothing to do with Jaeger-Lecoultre (Swiss company) at the time. Some movements inside are France Ebauche calibers (marked FE 68), some are FHF 36 (for Fabrique d'Horlogerie Fontainemelon)… all are marked Jaeger, but it’s not Jaeger-Lecoultre…

OMG. The watch world is a bestiary. Years of watching youtube channels, and i never saw a collector, maker, influencer or reviewer that is nice to look at. Unless the person is a girl. I don't want to be mean, but Matteo is the most handsome guy i've seen by far. So handsome he is, that i already like his watch more than any other microbrand. ❤
