@@marcusjustice6165 I feel that some FACTIONAL (HALF-FACT, HALF-FICTION) TRILOGIES based on his career should be told about him on screen and there's an actor whom I STRONGLY FEEL could portray him. That sounds really noble that the Native Americans took to calling the African American soldiers, Buffalo Soldiers because of their fighting prowess. That is simply not true. The Native Americans called them Buffalo Soldiers because of their short curly black hair and wide noses. It reminded them of the buffalo because, buffalo have short curly black on their heads and wide noses. That is not to say the African American soldiers did not command respect. They did with out any doubt. But, saying they got the name Buffalo Soldier for any other reason is PC BS.

They committed genocide, and buffalo’s were extremely important to the native Americans, so if anything it’s a compliment, quit being ignorant. Wish i seen this 2 years ago to talk but i just found out about this and we can’t even defend ourselves because we don’t even look in to this bs. Just hurts to no we couldn’t catch a break from disease and war from multiple races including our own.

Seeing how we all just got shit done during OEF/OIF, why the hell did we segregate at all. Imagine a group from all across the nation fighting for their own family and home. This was the OEF/OIF Fight. Quit segregating people socially and realize that we're all on the same page and just wanting to live our lives without interference.

As a person of color I am ashamed not proud of Buffalo Soldiers...No I did not participate in the genocide of the Vietnamese people!! I am proud to have been a very vocal antiVietnam war protestor!!
