In this video men's style, grooming, fitness and lifestyle expert, Aaron Marino of IAmAlphaM, AaronMarino, Pete & Pedro , and Fashion Anchor is presenting the ultimate 5 minute grooming routine. Alpha uses this 5 minute routine himself!
The Tools You Need Are ...
Small comb, small scissors, tweezers, nose hair trimmer, grooming tool, hand-held mirror, and an amazing razor. Pick a Day and Keep a Routine
Alpha recommends Sunday evening to prepare for the week. The 5-minute routine includes:
* Grab a hand-held mirror, and start at the brows. Clean up the unibrow and underside of the brow as well as cut 'old man' eyebrow hairs.
*Next, use the nose hair trimmer to take care of your ears.
*Move to the nose.
*Trimming and edging the beard follows, where Alpha keeps his at 6mm.
*Then it's time to shave which Alpha uses shave butter. He shaves up on the cheek after he determines the angle and then shaves his neck.
What takes a long time is when you put it off, and you have to tend with a straggly and looking like a savage. You have to sort things out at that point. If you dedicate a day and have a routine, it's quick and easy. Start with the brows and work your way down - you'll always look sharp!

because of you Alpha M. i became more educated and more conscious about how i look and also my health. i look onto little details like proper grooming and picking the right clothing for myself. would you mind making a video about how to make your lips healthier. i stopped smoking for my new year's resolution :) im disappointed because i smoked for almost 5 years and now i regret it. my lips look unhealthy and dry.

Once a week, unfortunately, doesn't work for me. I keep a decently sizeable groomed beard and like to keep my neck trimmed 100%. Within 2 days I had dark five o'clock shadow. However this routine works great in a pinch! Always great stuff Alpha

Hey Alpha, I was wondering if you can do a video on how you trim your beard, specifically your neckline? AlphaM, when you were trimming your beard, does it not mess with the growth when trimming against the grain? I feel like whatever I do to the hairs I have they do not grown downward. They start looking like a velociraptor, just growing wild. And all these things you talk about that takes about 5 minutes. I think maybe for the guys that already do these things and know how long to trim or where to start and stop your lines. I.e I still get nervous about if I'm making my lines right. What you think?

I know you like the dollar shave club, but about 5 years ago I thought it would be pretty cool to learn to shave with a straight razor. I picked up some 100 year old razors on ebay (in almost perfect condition) and since then I only use them. Nothing concentrated the mind like shaving with a cutthroat. takes a few weeks to learn to do it well, then afterwards it becomes a way of life. I only take a normal razor for travelling.

I love Dollar Shave Club's formulations, but I'm no fan of their razor. I would recommend using the OneBlade Core and Tuxedo Brush with the Shave Lather (not Shave Butter) for a shave that is incredible.

Somedays in the army i had to get a reshave, which would mean still full face. Ok in the army actually we shaved everyday thus not much hair,5o clock shadow everyday. But if you take account the reshave conditions Under pressure, your squad mate doing push ups until they drop. it barley takes 1,30minute for a shave. From your locker to get the blade&foam to adding cold water and some aftershave back to the locker extra 20, just in time to do more push ups with your mates.

Like what dollar shave club is doing, i tried them for a few months but i didnt like he razors, i got the highest one. It would irritate my skin, i use the gillete (5 razor). They are high but to me theyre the best. The shave butter though is amazing!!! I bought a few extra to have for a while :)
