Ngor ( description to make this below)
Ehuru ( African nutmeg)
Crayfish
Ugba
Garden eggs
Garden eggs leaves
Onions
Fried fish ( use protein of choice)
Fresh peppers
Seasoning cubes
Cassava flakes
Make your own Ngor
Ingredients
Dried unripe plantain peel
Water
Procedure:
Roast or burn your dried unripe plantains, blend to powdered form.
Mix powder with water and store in a bottle.
Use Ngor for African salad, Nkwobi, Isi Ewa e.t.c.

Nigeria salad **** African salad feels like it's common in all African countries which isn't so. I'm Ghanaian and I know this as a native Nigerian meal. I've noticed how some Nigerians try to generalise some of their local meals for the whole continent. That's not nice

Well said,it’s Popularly known as Abacha. And was given the name because salad contains lots of fresh and raw vegetables and some other ingredients consumed without further cooking, therefore it is a salad and of African origin.
