Bread and avocado is the best. For your hair l think you shld get good products and also try to deep condition it more often. I used cantu and shea moisture products.

I keep my natural hair and use Camille Rose Honey Hydrate it’s a leave in conditioner and it makes my ‘stubborn’ kinky hair soft. You can get it on Amazon.

Trudy you need to lightly mist your hair when it dry, to make it soft and manageble. Also you need a large tooth comb.. Also a bristle brush to smooth it back, good gel to hold it. When you wash it and condition it, you need leave in conditioner to keep it soft. Wish I met you in America I would have taken you hair shopping for products and show you what to do, a few styles that you can do. Also need to put it in a protective hairstyle, your hair is breaking from lack of moisture. Also Aloe Vera gel keeps it soft and manageable.

Hair: I use the loc method. After shampooing: Leave in conditioner, oil and cream. Use products that agree with the porosity and texture of your hair. My hair is fine so I can't use a heavy oil or cream. I don't use gels either. Embrace the frizz, LOL! It's freeing.

I agree with Maya. In Jamaica, we love eating avocado with other foods, not just by itself. Many of us find it weird to drink avocado juice too. It's only since marrying an East African (Kenyan) that I can now enjoy avocado juice... blended with yogurt 😅
