Ingredients
1.2kg Roasting beef cut in Chunks
For marinate
2 tbsp Gochujang paste
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp Miso paste
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp Honey
3 tbsp Chinese cooking wine or red wine sherry, rice wine
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce sauce
1 tbsp Cranberry sauce
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp Corn flours
3 tbsp avocado oil or any vegetable oil
For browning the beef
3 tbsp avocado oil or any vegetable oil for cooking
1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp ginger powder
3 bay leaves, 4 Star anise
For extra flavour
Beef broth
1-2 beef stock cubes dissolve in 800g boiling hot water
Root vegetables
3 large carrots, 1 large turnip, 4 potatoes
2 Green onions for garnish
Seasoning 1 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp pepper
