So refreshing to hear honesty about the vag area especially when traveling.

These tips are great. A lot of packing videos are superficial but this one is actually useful. Plus props for being true about the vag wipes.

Please do more travel videos! Maybe a video on what to pack in your suitcase or carry on (again) for shorter trips. Most videos here on KZfaq don't go in detail as to what they pack and it's really annoying. Yours is one of the most helpful I've encountered so far!

This was actually more helpful than some other carry-on vids. Esp the pantyliners. Strangely enough it never occurred to me hahaha.

I feel like you've changed my travel experience by making me realize how great of an idea it is to bring a giant plastic water bottle and fill it up after security check! I usually drink so much water and am always soo thirsty on flights and feel like it takes the stewardess forever to come and they give you the tiniest amount of water.. thank you for that!!

Thank you for saying not to bring things that at really fragrant on flights. I have really bad allergies and on flights where people keep spraying their perfume or really scented hand lotions and things like that really get to me. Ill end up with super puffy eyes, stuffed up nose, massive headaches it's horrible. Thank you for being so considerate!

I also bring a tiny container of vicks vapour rub because it is so calming! I like to put a tiny amount on my temples and wrists :)

I would add a small pack of tissue, some ibuprofen, iPod and gum.

The "stinky little fucker" and "you're sitting with your legs closed and your crotch is like mingling with itself for a long time" comments had me dying. Too funny Karissa. Great video!

As someone who also travels a lot and usually international flights I've found the bare necessities is all I need. I find that bringing so much actually stresses me out and I always end up hating myself for it, your carry on will be so heavy, and half of what you will bring you won't use(same goes with main luggage), but of course that's just my opinion.

Flying for the first time by myself... Gosh I am so nervous xD I am mentally and physically preparing myself

Hey Karissa, thanks for this great video! Just a little heads up though that melatonin is not homeopathic (homeopathy = the belief that an ailment can be treated with a minute dose of the toxin/substance that is causing the problem in the first place). Melatonin is a hormone that is secreted in anticipation of onset of darkness, thereby helping to regulate sleep and the circadian rhythm. It helps to reduce the effects of jet lag by re-setting the body's sleep-wake cycle. Melatonin does interfere relatively directly with your brain's natural metabolism and is prescription-only in many countries outside of the US and Canada, so I wouldn't necessarily call it a "natural product". However, I personally don't think it's a big deal to use it occasionally, especially since side effects are pretty rare. Just my two cents on this (I study neuropsychology). Cheers! :)

ive been flying once a year internationally since 3yrs old, but ive always been blessed to travel in first class, that being said i can easily cut my carry on bag down so much further than an average flight. i have found deodorant, a full change of clothes (in case your luggage is lost), cleanser wipes headphones and about 3 forms of entertainment (tablet, books, and my 3ds) can easily last me the flight to and from australia and other long flights, first class typically gives you socks, ear plugs, toothbrush and paste and an eye mask but a good alternative to the mouth situation is a breath spray or strip, its super small and easy to use. i have to suggest if you ever have the chance to fly air new zealand, do it in first class! it is literally the best flight ever, the chairs are their own cubicles, they can be laid flat into a bed (with a pad and blankets and pillow provided) plus your own TV and if you so choose there is a stool so you may enjoy meals with a fellow passenger. I have no clue how you could ever make the AUS flight to los angeles in coach but this is an amazing tip video for those who havent been so blessed because you hit ALL the main uncomfortable things any person flying experiences, id just say if your hopping on a cruise right off the flight (linblad/natgeo is horrendous with this) you usually wont have time to shop for new clothes if your bag is missing so an extra outfit is really smart because then you have something clean to wear while you can get the dirty outfit cleaned until a chance to acquire new clothes arises or your bag located and returned to you. Also if your traveling with family split your clothes equally among all bags, that way if one is lost you still have clothes, this saved me in 2009 when i got to norway and they lost my bag and they never found it, because i still had enough clothes to last a few days on the ship so i wasnt doing laundry everyday (sorry for such a long post ive just been traveling all my life and thought it could help a bit)

If you're looking for a new external battery for charging your phone/ipad/kindle, I highly recommend the ravPower ones, I got mine on Amazon.ca for $35 and it charged my iPhone 6 about 5/6 times on one charge (I got the 13400 mAH Element Series one), and it's just a little bigger than a deck of cards (same thickness and width but about 1.5 times longer).

I watched this ages ago when I went overseas and I’m flying from Perth to Rome tonight so I thought I’d watch again to check I have everything covered. The best in-flight travel advice by far! Pretty much every flight we do from Australia is an extra long haul so you really need to cover all bases. This time I think I’ll take a neck pillow if it fits in my tote.

Do people actually do their make up on a flight? That is the Last thing I'm worrying about on a flight. LOL All I care about is being comfy. No matter what, you're gonna feel gross and want a shower after you land so why try and look good for strangers you're never gonna see again? Ear plugs! That's what I always forget and always wish I had! It never fails, someone's coughing or a kid is screaming, or the plane is just plain fucking loud in general which is exhausting hours on end.
