Like: Anna, Moana, any girl from SWAT Kats, Winx Club, and more. Granted it's impossible to list all of them all, and this is the most completed list so far

Btw, instead of spending time with Timmy, they regularly just disappear for a day or more and leave their kid with a babysitter. Thats not good parenting either. Timmys parents are one of the worst in cartoon history. Plus Olgas parents from hey Arnold, where the dad is a workaholic and sociopath and the mother is an alcoholic.

Timmy's mom had her moments like the scout episode, but those moments are overshadowed by just how awful a parent she and her husband are. Part of what killed that show for me was how neglectful they were.
