Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 2 tsp
-Anday (Eggs) whisked 2
-Pyaz (Onion) 3 medium
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) 10-12
-Beef qeema (Mince) ½ kg with 30% fat (charbi)
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
-Anardana (Dried pomegranate seeds) crushed 1 tbs
-Dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 & ½ tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 tbs
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Ajwain (Carom seeds) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Makai ka atta (Maize flour) 1 Cup
-Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & chopped 2 medium
-Charbi (Beef fat) ½ kg
Directions:
-In a frying pan add cooking oil and fry omelet from both sides. Set aside.
-In a chopper add onion and chop well. Squeeze well with the help of the hand & set aside.
-Chop green chillies & set aside.
-In a bowl add beef mince, onion, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, fresh coriander, dried pomegranate seeds, coriander seeds, red chili crushed, cumin powder, salt, garam masala powder, carom seeds, black pepper powder and mix until well combined.
-Add egg and mix well.
-Add maize flour and mix well.
-At this point you can store in refrigerator for 1 day.
-Before frying add tomato, cooked egg omelet and mix until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
-In a frying pan add beef fat and cover on low flame. Allow fat to drain out (stir in between) and remove muscle fat trimmings & set aside.
-Dip hands in ice cold water. Take a mixture, grease hands with oil and make kababs (150 gms) of equal sizes (makes 8).
-Heat melted fat and fry chapli kababs on medium low flame until done.

Ajza:

-Anda (Egg) 1
-Makai ka atta (Maize flour) 1 Cup
-Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & chopped 2 medium
-Charbi (Beef fat) ½ kg
Tarkeeb:
-Frying pan mein cooking oil daal dein aur omelet ko dono sides se fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Chopper mein pyaz daal ker ache tarha chop ker lein aur haath ki madad sa ache tarha nichor len & side per rakh den.
-Hari mirch ko chop ker len & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein beef qeema, pyaz, hari mirch, adrak lehsan paste, hara dhania, anardana, dhania, kuti lal mirch, zeera powder, namak, garam masala powder, ajwain aur kali mirch powder daal ker ache tarha mix ker lein.
-Anda daal ker ache tarha mix ker len.
-Makai ka atta daal ker ache tarha mix karen.
-Ek din tak refrigerate ker saktay hain.
-Frying sa pehlay tamatar aur egg omelet daal ker ache tarha mix ker len. Dhak ker 30 minutes k liye refrigerate ker lein.
-Frying pan mein charbi daal ker halki ancch per dhak dein aur fat ko drain ker lein (stir in between). Muscle fat trimmings ko nikal lein & side per rakh dein.
-Haathon ko baraf k thanday pani mein dip karen. Mixture k ek jaise size k kababs tayyar karlen (makes 8).
-Melted charbi ko garam karein. Chapli kabab ko darmiyani halki ancch per fry ker lein or serve karen !

I had been to Pakistan in 1994 when I was an MSc level student. I ate Chapli kabab in a streetside restaurant, somewhere between Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Still can't forget that amazing taste. But at this age, I don't even dare to try this recipe with so much fat. Love from Bangladesh 💜💜💜

Some people here in comments are saying it's too much full of fats and risky for health as if one has to eat them daily. People drink poisonous cold drinks and and eat bakery items full of sugar on daily basis but they have no problem with it but they are smart enough to criticise a food channel and food choices of others.

This turned out to the best chapli recipe I've ever followed. I skipped the charbi step at the end and fried them in oil and ghee but they still came out so good. Thank you.

I’d tried this recipe in Ramadhan 2020 lockdown and it turned out so so good. I made it again today and fetched plenty compliments. The masala recipe is good for any kachhe gosht ke kebab.

I tried this, was amazing, i did one thing different tho, i wanted my kabab to be juicy so i didnt take out the tomatoes inside, i diced it all even the insides. It tasted really good Alhamdulillah. If i had to make it again, i might try to leave the onion water in it too, im not sure tho, but i will definitely press a slice of tomato on top while frying like shown in other chappal kabab videos, it changes the tasts and overall texture so much. JazakAllah Khayr food fusion for this recipe, I really loved it

Wow after trying so many recipes this tastes more like the Chapli kebabs from the restaurant. I used cornmeal flour instead and didn't add the fat. Just need to make some mint chutney now!

Tried this recipe yesterday and everyone in my family loved it. They were just like peshawar walay chappal kabab. Sab k sab khatam hogayay table se fry hotay hi. I didn’t fry it in charbi. I used chicken qeema and used normal ghee for frying. They were yummmmmmy. Thank you food fusion. Aaj tak jitni b recipes try kien they were amazing. You guys have helped so many girls with cooking. My favorite dish while I lived in Dubai! In front from my apartment there was this restaurant called Patan Restaurant, and the chapli kebab there was simply amazing food! Miss it so much, I might try this recipe at home, obviously imposible to replicate here in Costa Rica!

@@sidrahoney9702 hi there, the kababs will be soft and perfect texture. Mince meat does not require Raw Papita because when the meat is processed into beef mince it automatically gets tenderized during the process. Hope this helps!

I made them today. Must say it was deliciousssss! Tastes exactly like bazar ke chapli kebab. Thank you, thank you!!! I just didn’t fry them as you said. I fried them in butter n oil. Very very tasty.

I tried this recipe and it turned out good. Plz tell us the quantity for 2 kg mince. I would like to suggest you to plz also try to mention large quantites recipe in the end of the video whenever possible for you guys so that we can prepare food for dawat etc...

@@saniamoiz6708 it's a personal choice actually. In some restaurants they add omelette in chapli kebab which adds a nice texture and enhances the taste. . . I added omelette when I made these kebabs and they turned out great. If you're fond of eggs go ahead and add them otherwise even if you eliminate them it shouldn't make much of a difference. Your choice :)

I made these kabobs today and they were awesome!!! Thank you so much I didn’t use the extra fat to cook in it just cooked them in little bit olive oil and now I have a fav recipe to keep. Keep up the good work good fusion.

They were falling apart at firsl. But you've to be very careful. Just flip when one side is completely cooked. It wont break this way
