For anyone wondering the reason the mental did nothing is because the Coca-Cola was probably flat because it’s actually a physical reaction. Not a chemical one. Mentos might seem smooth, but they’re actually very rough on the microscopic level. Meaning that they can actually cause the carbon dioxide to release more quickly so that means you can work with any carbonated drink
