I get its a lot easier to put your all into 30 seconds than 200, and I certainly ain’t gonna fault em if they find their own solo style just doesn’t fit the same, but with a lot of such artists these days I kinda feel like they cage that unique energy in favor of sounding “safer” and/or more like the mainstream crowds, (maybe are even doing so unintentionally like trying to sound like their influences rather than themselves) when I see nerdcore as a genre where you can always afford to ditch that and really go all out with your unique energy without worry, because theres a lot less at stake and a lot more merit to doing a topic plenty of others have done if you can bring a different take to it. Stupendium, Fabvl, Rockit, JT, Dan, Etc, those are the kind of guys I mean when I say they _embrace_ that unique energy.

I think the Smash Cyphers are what first got me into Nerdcore as a lover of the series, and going back it's funny that I basically knew none of these people except Zach and Adam Purski, so having all the knowledge I do now and seeing these people again was really fun. Also, I still had pieces of Dedede's verse in my head to this day, so I guess that speaks literal volumes to how hard he murdered this track.
