great video as always but the Restart issues is kinda killing the game.

The issue is that only veteran players will get decent Krystals from Faction Wars and the Krypt, when it isn't broken, is incredibly boring and repetitive. I don't understand why the developers created a new currency when they could have just used what we had and created more options - for example trading Blood Rubies for Souls.

Someone has the same problem as me? after the update, the game is just crashing, crashing in towers, crashing when i trie to open a pack. For 1 battle in towers, i loss 1 because the game crashes, just now, in the 5 fights, i loss 3 opportunities for the same reason

I really don't know how you calculated getting 400 dragon krystals is achievable for veterans? If I grind a tower, and rank champion for two seasons, and If I resell 4 challenge characters, I can make 60-70 Dragon krystals per week.

It’s too low 30 a day 40-50 is fair but 30 is low and it feels like there not as much tower uncommon dropping as well as Gold fighters perhaps just my bad luck feels like they give in one hand and take with another, Now souls ain’t so good when you have mostly everything maxed as in my case 4 diamonds KMS Cos NW MK1 Scorpion and MK1 Shang and 2 Golds OB Sindel and OB Rain Onslaught Fujin who is unavailable atm.

Everything's super cool other than the fact the game is unplayable in its current state. Constant crashes and server issues are causing loss of an entire krypt run is a joke and it ruins the whole 'grinding' experience. Honestly, I've come back to this game after a couple of years(2019) and seen a lot of good upgrades and changes but due to the technical problems it's just not fun to play at the moment. Mand as an ambassador, could you shed some light on when is this going to get looked at(if at all)? Been a MK fan since I was a kid but this is just unbearable at the moment. Thanks

Why don’t you make a video about all the restarting the fact that you can’t even open your mail and claim a reward you can’t even open a daily reward pack and get that reward every time they do something the game it’s restart Mashville I literally lost five matches in the towers because I can’t claim to super rewards this game is on paper why do you tell them to fix to get the patch going and do anything otherwise quit making videos and supporting the game is broken they need to just either refund us the money back that was spent on the game or shut it down because the customer support is very oh we know what the problem is but they don’t do anything for you they don’t even compensate you didn’t even care about you so you and the other ambassadors but the game so cold calls ambassador is it is it terrible that you guys don’t make videos about the issues in a game and get more people to complainAbout this and help and get people to get it fixed it’s not as they’re aware of the issues you know what’s going on but you guys don’t even say anything about it and I mean I’d like to know the real reason why you won’t make videos complaining about the game
