for 2s, enhance/ret (healing each other with instant heals is great), enhance/holy, enhance/disc (double purge) --- for 3s, can run pretty much any cleave comp, any healer + enhance/ret/dk/warrior(turbo) and can even play with hunter/feral or rogue if your guys cc chains are on point 💪

yeah, they definitely don't do as much damage as they did in Wrath, even with the glyph applied, that's why i chose to not use that one ❤ i find them to be the most useful for the 2second stun when chasing down someone, and "spirit walk" which removes all movement impairing effects + gives you 60% movement speed, "the zoomies" 😅

@@horseboi2881 it's a random RNG recipe that you learn while leveling up, same with all the glove enchants/synapse etc, unfortunately can't use in arena ☹️ but it's great for Wpvp/bgs paired with stoneclaw totem 💪

What's it doing? Can copy and paste this 👇 /showtooltip /petattack /castsequence reset=9 Unleash Elements, Stormstrike, Stormstrike Just 2 stormstrikes is fine, it's an 8 sec cd so after two casts unleash should be back up, but have Unleash Elements on a secondary keybind as well just in case the spamming of the macro holds it on stormstrike too long 💪

It definitely works! 😄 you might be getting confused on snaring effects, it doesn't remove frost nova or entangling roots, mainly just slows such as hamstring, crippling poison, chains of ice etc. ❤️

@@J_eggs yes but why exactly? I’m not trying to be difficult, I just want to know the benefit of using frostbrand. If you want slow, why not use frost shock?

@@Brian-lc1zt The frozen power talent! 💪 Also without the slow (similar to warrior hamstring/rogue crippling poison) it would be almost impossible for us melee to stick to targets ❤️

weapon speeds aren't a thing anymore in cata ☹️ all 1hands are standard 2.60 speed, only thing different are daggers for rogue ❤️

glad in OG cata and 2800 RBG leader ❤ played pretty casual in wrath classic, got 2k and quit after phase 2 ulduar to play some other games at the time. Arena and WPvP are the same build 😋

maintaining 5 stacks of searing totem on a target in arena is super unlikely and we use frostbrand weapon in pvp so without flametongue you're not getting the full effectiveness of lava lash to begin with + it's 5 talent points needed for this which ends up taking away from some insanely good talents, hope that helps! ❤️

Going to assume it's because searing totem is unreliable in pvp due to having low health.

@@Marlfox70 that and target is never stationary/always on the move/behind a pillar so when you using lava lash on cd they will usually only have like 1-2 stacks on them, rarely get past 3 or 4

still? Enhance/Unholy Dk was insaane in Wrath haha there was a 2800 team around farming hard, but yeah we can't lust in arena anymore in cata but it's still solid, any class can get glad if you put the time in 😃💪

@@J_eggs 2800 was not even in Gladiator range. This is pretty bad. I think it was barely duelist. I guess this is what I was comparing it with. The first few seasons you could run a few Enh comps to glad or if you dodge enough R1 but it fell off hard after S6

@@BIGIFANDYELLOWCARD 2800 was most definitely in gladiator range haha glad was 2400/2500+ in S5 and S6, duelist was 2200, the only reason it fell off and glad went to 3k+ is because everyone stopped playing Wrath in general then 😂 if you weren't a warrior/ret/dk with Shadowmourne good luck 😅
