Research states that green juicing is concentrated rich juice from fruits and vegetables that is low in sugar and high in chlorophyll content.
Green juice is fresh, raw, organic juice made with green leafy vegetables and non- sweet fruits pressed through the juicer. Fruits and vegetables used are (for example, cucumber, celery, spinach, green apple, ginger, kale, parsley, lime, etc.)
