Dr. Sonal Jayaswal is a spiritual and Wellness coach. She completed her Bachelor’s in Technology in Computer from Kolkata and then Management Studies from Lancaster University, UK. But realizing that her purpose was different, she chose to do a Master’s in Psychotherapy and Counselling from IPMS, Nagpur, and a course in Emotional Intelligence from London. To ensure her knowledge reached a bigger audience, she started Ahimsaa Channel, a sister of Aastha Channel under the guidance of father Shri Santosh Jain. As the CEO of the Ahimsaa channel, she had the opportunity to learn from many spiritual gurus from all faiths, including Acharya Mahapragya ji, Vaswani ji, and Ramdev Baba to name a few. She is a disciple of Avdhoot Baba Shivanand and has moved ahead in her spiritual journey under his guidance for the last 12 years.
Sonal had conducted innumerable motivational workshops and seminars for students, women, and corporates like Lokmat Group, Raisoni Institution, CA Institute, CS Institute, etc. She was awarded as top 10 outstanding young Indian achievers in 2010 by JCI, India, and had a monthly column in Economic Times all India edition as well as a weekly column in Lokmat times. During this pandemic period, Sonal has boosted the morale of thousands of people through innumerable online sessions for which she has been awarded as ‘Exceptional Wellness Coach of the year’ and ‘Global Chakra Princess’. Currently pursuing her doctorate where she is guiding hundreds of women on GarbhSanskar and helping them to Achieve a divine holistic wishful child. Sonal is also writing a book on Spiritual Intelligence.
She is devoted to gouseva and manages her gaushala with 200+ desi goumatas. She is married to Abhishek Jayaswal, an industrialist in Nagpur, and is blessed with 2 divine kids.
