WHAT IS SHAPERBOX? 🤔

I had figured out a bunch on my own in the first few days, I'm also a graphic designer so a lot of the tools were intuitive. But this video just put me into power user territory. As well, all i had to do was watch it because the designers of those tool did an amazing job of making the shortcuts intuitive of you're familiar with other vector drawing tools. Great job (cable) guys

You guys should make a combined drum sampler/drum synth plugin. Your technology for having intuitive and precise control over lfo/envelope shapes is perfect for drawing volume and pitch curves to make drums hit exactly right.

Nice tips! Wouldn't it be cool to have a randomisation option for steps or various shapes? Please 🙏 The random button is too wild imho (specially for TimeShaper), even just if with random vertical positions. Best would be an option to preserve steps while randomising

Are you guys exploring any options about Lfos being able to send midi out values? Im using a workaround by loading in separate ShaperBox with noise and copy pasting Lfo and using that noise as a sidechain trigger. It gets the job done, but it would be tad more convenient for example if I could just send midi out... And all of the lfo automation, modulation, and switches would be unified.

We didn't discuss the Envelope Follower on purpose - this tutorial is all about the LFOs 👍 And volume controlled by an envelope follower is essentially a compressor, and ShaperBox 3 has a dedicated multiband Compressor Tool :)

Was thinking about getting this but can not find any videos with real examples of it in use ? So again put off as all the examples I hear is with synths that obviously already have filters in use so impossible to know what filters belong to the software or the “software “ where are the examples with this on Non filter equipment Vocals Drums acoustic instruments etc etc Transparently let’s see what the thing can do cable guys

You totally glossed over the line pen which is damn near impossible to use when editing a preset. The lines bounce all over the place, very unintuitive. I thought the new version was supposed to address this issue but it's the same as it was.
