I use this app and it has been very useful and works well. I find it gives a good reading if you hold the edge of the phone where the mic is, against the surface of the watch (face up or face down etc). The two blue lines can be seen in the video because the beat error is high. When this is lowered, the two lines become one thick line. As a free app, I find it works well and has allowed my to adjust a number of my watches so the beat error is close to zero and the accuracy of the watches are within a few seconds a day. 60 sec/day? That is not good. That seiko must have a 4r36 movement, meaning -35/+45 accuracy range a day. And I also don't think that it helps the accuracy when you put your watch close to your smart phone.
