Rick Stated that he built that specific ship Morty and Rick were flying in the pilot. He may have had the idea of the ship in his original dimension before he traveled to Rick prime's dimension, but he did infact make his ship with garbage and whatever stuff he found around the garage. Because he originally crashed his ship when he arrived to Rick prime's dimension so he therefore had to build another ship. Therefore there is no continuity error.

Rick did create the portal gun himself. He wasn’t the first, but he made his own. Most other Ricks didn’t make their own as they were given it, but Rick C137 had to make one from scratch for his mission to find Rick prime.

Rick made the portal gun himself, usually ricks are given the technology but c-137 rick refused, it was only after his wife was killed that rick was motivated to make his own portal gun to travel to the other dimensions to get revenge. c-137 wasnt the first, but he is one of only two ricks in all dimensions who managed to make his own.

I don't know if it is worth mentioning: Since Rick is enhanced with tech, the portal gun may not be set via telepathy, but tech installed into Rick himself. Like a cell phone control via bluetooth. As this may not be developed inside the storyline, it would a okay explanation. The design could have started as a simple manual set-and-shoot (this is why others can use it too), and adapted to include wireless capabilities. Whether this idea ever comes out as explained, this potential reasoning seems highly likely. Just a thought. Ignore if you'd like.

Except Morty and Summer also use it. And while both have been modified by Rick, they probably haven't been gifted with control over his tech without his supervision. So the portal gun has to have a control system that doesn't require genius-intellect and multiple control-devices to use.

@@mitchhaelann9215 You are right. The portal gun does not require a genius to operate it or intracorporeal tech. It has been shown a lain person can operate it with a push of a button. The comment I made was based on Rick's multiple simultaneous portals without setting each destination manually. To my knowledge, no other character has done this. The narrator's comment referenced telepathy as a method to control, or set, portal destinations. It would make more sense to have Rick's body tech to have a wireless connection to the portal gun. In season 7, one of Rick's portals closes during a conversation. Though, Rick did not really seem surprised it happened. Just a feign comment about it closing unexpectedly. If in the case he does has internal tech, the idea of it closing without request would show Rick's changing to become a better person. He knowingly closed it, as escaping tough emotional situations was his go-to. By commenting on it closing, he attempts to remove others from seeing his changes. I would have to rewatch and time each portal, but it didn't seem very long for the portal to be open before it closed. I would think, though I am not sure, other portals have stayed open longer. This, with the body tech, would also show the character arch of season 7. I am not saying I’m right about this, just presenting a plausible method of portal gun manipulation.

No. Jerry is a lazy victim. He asks for all the bad treatment by not being assertive and productive. As rick said, he literally is a parasite feed off peoples empathy. Jerry will never have a good idea. Hes the personification of most of the stupidity, victimization, and ignorance of society thats running rampant now. At least thats how i saw it.😅

Personally my favourite will have to be the garage computer/AI system. Particularly the part when Rick was testing a device on a table in the season 6 finally when blast shields where placed in front of Rick automatically when an explosion was about to go off. I thought that and everything else it dose and can do is really quite op all things considered.

The central finite curve was alluded to having been created by Rick 137. After he was searching for Rick Prime. If he didn't invent the portal gun he did perfect the fluid hence the reset. This leads into him finding Rick Prime again

No, C-137 didn't make the CFC. Go back to S3E1 and watch the dialogue between Rick Prime and Rick C-137. Prime says "You think it's cool being the smartest man on Earth, but once we give you this technology, you become the smartest thing in every conceivable universe."

I understood the central finite curve as c137 way of trapping prime rick in some general area. Not totally infinite by definition but vast. To allow him to find prime rick for revenge. The citadel gets benefits from this revenge plot but it wasn't c137 purpose. The portal was available prior but it went anywhere. Evil morty was also aware of this hence why he had an escape plan to leave it

You are correct on this Rick prime was the first ever Rick and person to discover portal travel we get this line in the episode where Rick finally kills Rick prime and then this episode we get the line from Rick prime I wish we could go back to one. It was just the two of us that had access to portal travel, and while it isn’t word for word that is basically what he said.

Actually, an antimatter gun couldn't destroy all matter. Antimatter can only destroy its normal matter counterpart, and it cannot destroy Neutrons or other neutral matter. For example Hydrogen/Anti-Hydrogen is an 100% conversion, but the moment you go up to a Deuterium/Anti-Deuterium collision only about half is converted to energy, the neutrons stay. BUT those rogue neutrons on there own are still dangerous.

Radiation. Neutron bombs are a real thing, not SciFi magic. They don't do much damage to phisical objects but they'll rip you apart on an atomic level, leaving you to die from radiation.

Those aren’t the C-137 versions of them. It’s the prime versions. There are no C-137 versions of anyone currently alive. Except maybe Jerry technically same goes for all the prime ones except Morty ironically.

You know I think I Understand exactly why Rick hates Jerry, or at least for the longest time before they became close in the last 2 seasons. Rick dislikes jerry for the same reason Rick prime thought less of C-137 Rick it’s because Jerry values family over any individual or multitudes of success that could “enhance” his life. Doofus Jerry offered Jerry the same thing Prime offered Rick, essentially unlimited power on a scale more relevant to Jerry’s like a planet for a regular Jerry minds well be owning the universe. So I think Rick knows after all the Jerry’s he’s met not one of them would toss away they’re family and his “Diane” aka Beth for success or a spot on a throne since the victory would feel hollow. So C-137 Rick having that hoisted on him probably in reflecting Primes narrative of “you could be king or a god” but chose to be a family man, and Prime as well as Doofus Jerry belittled them and either beat them, or took what was important forcing they’re hands.
