So the original line about swinging elections WAS intended to mean “we have significant, deadly influence” but ended up being “there are so fucking many of us that we could comprise a voting bloc”

I was really loving the format of these pitch meetings but I was getting worried because I wasn't sure how ads could come and just ruin the experience to the point that I don't even want to watch the rest of the video and would rather just close the browser window. But lo! Someone made the decision to stick a 3-unbroken-goddamn-minute-long ad right-- just right in there, and to not even use Ryan George's voice to provide relief in the form of humor or talent! Awesome work everyone!

I'll be honest: I'm not an animal lover. I find them to be very annoying and dogs are at the top of that list. But, I don't support animal abuse of any kind and even I was heated when they murdered that dog. Even my mother, who is deathly afraid of dogs, was hoping John would kill everyone for what they did to the dog.

21:15 to be fair, when Napoleon had come back to France after having been exiled, he landed with roughly 1000 men, and met an army tenfold. The commanding French army ordered to either take Napoleon or shoot him, but the men threw their arms to the ground and legit joined him. My son and I just saw John Wick 4. I sh*t you not...this movie was 3 HOURS LONG. And it had an end credit scene. It was like watching a Marvel movie. Trust me. It stops at 4.

The thing with John Wick's dog reminds of the first time I watched Alien. I didn't have any particularly strong emotions when the crew was killed of one by one, but whenever the safety of Jonesy, the crew's cat, was in question I was super tense. It's really fascinating how we tend to prioritize the lives of animals over humans in fiction.

"it's called john wick, it's about this guy named john wick" fun fact: the movie was originally supposed to be called "scorn" but keanu kept calling it "john wick" in interviews so they changed the title. other facts: in the original script, john wick was supposed to be 75 years old, and was only supposed to kill 11 people in the movie
