This home has modern farmhouse vibes that will make you not want to leave! I'm very grateful Mrs. Sarah allowed me tour this brand new house. This home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and has roughly 2,900 sq ft heated and cooled. Let me know what you think about the video! I hope you enjoy this home walk through video.

That pantry could almost be an office itself.. so nice. I love the old school tile in the bathroom.. looks very nice. I hope the lot is good size.. I'd hate for development to take over and have someone right next door with such a beautiful home. Give me this home and about 40 acres and I'd be in heaven.

I'm already digging this home and i'm 3 minutes in. For starters, those gas lit lanterns next to the front door is literally one of the coolest features I've ever seen on this channel! Second, LOVE me a screened in porch!! I love the ceiling treatments too on front and back porch. That is a really nice home.

I just discovered your channel the day or so ago. It is my new obsession! I love taking house tours. I've never been lucky enough to own my own home. Just something that I've not been able to afford. So, whereas other women look at and dream about fashion or jewelry, I love to look at homes and dream about what it would be like if I live there. Lol. Every channel that I've ever checked out that was about touring houses, I couldn't understand it but they would spend 30 minutes telling you how the kitchen sink was imported from some other country and how it was made out of some rare stone and how much it cost. That I couldn't stand to watch them. You don't dwell too long on stuff that I'm not interested in and you show everything that I am interested in. And bonus! You're funny! So thank you, thank you, thank you. I live in Kentucky and we are getting ready to have a ice/snow storm and I think while I'm inside for the next 2 or 3 days I'm going to watch every video you've ever made. And make my husband watch them too. LOL

Yes I love screened-in porches as a matter of fact down here in Florida we have what we call a bird cage and what that is is a screened in porch.. which we call a lanai and The Birdcage carries over to incorporate the pool as well.. so it's a screened-in Lanai and pool area. My mom had a setup like that and I just absolutely loved it!

Hey Chance, wow what a beautiful home. The rooms and bathrooms are all very nice and big and all the double doors I love them. Love the screened in porch but I would do a 4 season porch. The garage is huge. Just a beautiful beautiful home.

i love everything about this house the kitchen, the pantry, the laundry. The laundry has room for an upright freezer and the pantry is deserving of the infamous pantry dance. As much as I love this home and everything about it it is a little more house than what I need.

No handles on doors. Nice kitchen, love the colors. Love the pot fuller. Pantry is amazing. Do not care for pendants over island. Nice back porch. I like going up to ceiling in bathroom. Very pretty half bath love the wallpaper. Love the master bath they should of taken tile up to the ceiling. Fantastic Master Closet.

I always count upper cabinets in every kitchen you tour. If it has less than 8, I’m disappointed. If it has more than 10, I’m super happy!! But this one has the perfect little appliance area in the pantry too! On top of having plenty of upper cabinet space! Love it!

The “hexagon” bathroom floor is called honeycomb. It’s a classic mosaic style that was very popular in the 1920s and 1930s

Seems similar to another one, but I do like the differences. The finishes are beautiful. Still think a maid would be a must to maintain the home. Love the space, just wouldn't want to be the one and only person cleaning it.

OMG ..Chance ..you did it this time! I think I've died and gone to heaven with this one! It's beyond gorgeous! There's only one thing I would change.. and that's the hexagon-shaped subway tile flooring.. it looks great but I think it would be a little difficult keeping clean with all the tiny tiles and grouting. I would much prefer large ceramic tile with a splash of color throughout. In fact that's what I think.. the house overall ..needs a little splash of color here and there. Otherwise it's perfect! I need a Christmas miracle! I need a winning lottery ticket!.. because I think this is my dream home.. and since I'm disabled I would need to win enough money so I could afford a maid or two! Thanks for this one Chance.. it really made my day! And I hope you and your family have had a very merry Christmas!

I've seen a lot of floorplans, but man that layout with the master closet and laundry room is genius, separated by that perfect pocket door. Never seen anything like it, so convenient. Well, at least to the owner's suite. Gotta carry all the kids' laundry to and from through the rest of the house lol. And that upstairs with all the revealed space! That's surprising and cool how the vaulted ceiling of the living room is completely separated from the main overhead roof. This builder sure knew what they were doing. And while all the white might be bland to some, I love how they managed to keep it interesting and subtle with so many different details, so many different whites. Even the painted brick white outside was a surprise. But I love it, a quality custom home with details that is modest. Thanks for sharing!

That is a nice place. Those plugs in the butler pantry would be nice for a slower cooker, Instant Pot pressure cooker, or microwave. Say you are doing an 8 hour meal in the slow cooker it could set in there not out on the counter. I'd maybe use one of the bedrooms as a TV room.

This is a stunning home! That master bedroom bathroom and closet is LIFE! The only things I didn't care for was the hexagon pattern flooring in the bathrooms and that powder room wallpaper was gaudy!
