Hey Mike, you might like this. Next time make a blueberry and port wine reduction. Then use it to drizzle over the muffins. It tastes amazing. Also great on pancakes. Ruby port, blueberries, a bit of cinnamon and clove, sugar (to taste). Don't forget a pinch of salt. Cook until it reduces by half, longer to make a compote.

I totally agree with Ben. A Maccas McMuffin is something that has been trialed and tested for years and is an iconic favourite. Sure sweet muffins would be the first thing you would think when given a brief for a muffin battle but that just makes thinking savoury more creative. Also he managed to cook it better than maccas and add a hollandaise sauce which when he got it right must have made it even better!

Do a DEEP DISH PIZZA Challenge. I love savory over sweet 9 times out of 10. But I can only imagine what Bazz's taste like and sorry but when you say muffin to me, I think like Bazz. Sorry jamie. Still love you though. ♥

I liked Barry's the best for a late morning or afternoon treat. Mike's kind of scared me with everything going on. Jamie nailed it for breakfast but I would have fork split and then toasted the English Muffin (maybe he did this but I missed it) before inserting constructing the sandwich. Great job by all

I mean, blueberry muffins are my favourite and the popcorn with caramel on top is just genius so Mike wins for me! I'm definitely gonna try all of these though (skipping the booze in Barry's syrup, I'm not a fan of alcohol) because they all looked great!

I love waking up on Sunday mornings and having Sorted videos to look forward to ❤️ (Almost Mike's muffin would 100% be my pick, with that blueberry swirl and butterscotch popcorn top)
