If you're only focusing on increasing high calories then it doesn't matter that's much but I would recommend going for a high protein one.

Both are really close in terms of quality my fitness has an edge for better texture in comparison pintola has more intense flavour.

Pintola has an oil separation problem but you can simply fix this using a spoon just mix it for a few minutes and it's done ✅ if you haven't given chance to my fitness you can definitely try it's also good option. For weight gain all peanut butter is very High in calories.

Alpino and Pintola ka high protein version liya tha review mai and they both have 30g protein per 100 gm compare to my fitness normal one jis mai 26gm protein hai per 100gm. My fitness ka Olympia Edition aata hai jis me 30gm protein hai per 100gm.
