I think generation feels better. The generation of Ash's Pokemon fans. It ibcludes all generations, from X to Y (lol), into one singular generation: Ash's Journey. Boomers, Millennials, X, Zoomers, and more if I missed any. But no doubt Ash will reach new generations in the future. @@theancestor2040

Now this is a true ending to ash’s final journey. Although Liko and Roy will be taking ash’s place in the franchise everyone will know who built the whole anime. He really was the best there ever was. He catches as his real test, training them was a cause. He traveled all across the land, with his energetic self searching far and wide. For all Pokémon to understand the power inside. We will never forget you ash, you journey rests in Liko’s hands.

This has me in tears, do you have any idea how long I have been waiting to hear ash had achieved his goals, and from the man who created the very first song, the one that even today, I use to push myself to be better. Here I am, a grown man crying because this was my childhood. This hit so hard. Some of the greatest life lessons i ever learned came from Pokemon. Truly, there couldn't be a better way to have ended this song than that line. I know I'll never forget, the years may go by but i wont forget.

I grew up with ash man... My grandma and me had collected cards every day since I was born....she passed away to cancer in 2012, and it's been a void in my heart ever since. I struggle really bad with coping over tragedy. Yet... This song, summing up the journey all tied with the ending... It somehow makes me feel a bit better about it and accept that she's gone and I'll always have her... Through memories and the journey she started me on with pokemon. Thank you fellas so much for bringing me a bit of closure in the most unsuspecting place.

This whole song (especially the ending) just touched my heart.. I still remember coming home from grade 1 all excited telling my mom about this new show starting and I absolutely HAD to see the first episode the day it came out.. that show was Pokémon and since that very first day I've followed Ash Ketchum and his friends through every region of the show, played every game as it came out (many heartfelt memories about those moments that I won't begin to get into).. I got all the cards and to this day in my 30's I still remember one of the happiest days of my life being a child and pulling a holographic Charizard card from a pack.. I got all the product, toys, even my own original Pokédex... it genuinely feels surreal to see it come to an end now.. my heart physically hurts, but I know it's never goodbye for good. I'll carry Ash and Pikachu in my heart through every region to come, and I know I'll NEVER forget the power that's inside thanks to Pokémon. Goodbye for now my oldest and dearest friends, the only ones who never went anywhere no matter what.. THANK YOU ASH, PIKACHU AND ALL THE FRIENDS WE MADE ALONG THE WAY!!!!! 🥰😢😭🥲❤️

I've listened to this song like 10 times now, it makes me misty-eyed every time. It's the end of Ash's journey, this sums up in 10 minutes most people's childhood. It's not just the end of Ash though, it's the end of an Era, and he left behind a legacy far greater than himself.

I couldn't help but cry at the end, for so long I have have followed ash and his adventures. The meaning behind pokemon for me means so much more than just an anime. When XY & XYZ ended I dropped out of the series. I used to buy the cards and get so excited, when they came out with GX I got so sad because I really though they were going to continue with Mega EX. Now looking back at it give me really nostalgic memories. Ash is an absolute Legend. "Heroes are remembered' 'But Legends never die"

It hurts to know that ash will be gone now, he was a huge part of out childhoods. But as we know, what comes up. Must come down. He has proven he’s everything he wanted and we saw it all. I wish we could go back in time and do it all over again. And we cant which hurts the most. But we know his legacy will never be forgotten.. ❤

From listening to the original theme song, memorizing every word, watching adventure after adventure, watching Ash and Pikachu, overcome, lieutenant surge, watching Pikachu, knock away the thunderstone, and using his own skill and power to overcome what was perceived to be the next step in his own evolution, showing us all what perseverance truly was nursing a little Charmander, back to health, and beginning to build a bond with Charmian, and finally Charizard, and so many more memories in my childhood, playing the card game, seeing Muetwo first appearance in theaters, a time when there was only 150 Pokémon, and to see where we are now, one of the greatest and most inspirational, anime protagonist, I didn't realize it at the time, but Ash Ketchum would be one of the first to lead me down the path of love for anime, as a grown man now, I say this, I am proud to be a part of that generation, that never will forget the power that's inside.

The end part nearly brought me to tears. Pokemon started the year i was born, and I grew up with it through the years. 27 years later, and here we are at the end of Ashs journey. Pokemon has always held a big piece in my heart. To this day, i still play the games, collect the cards and even purchase plushies. Pokemon is a community i became a part of, and i dont plan on leaving anytime soon...❤❤❤❤

Truly a masterpiece of the highest degree. It started in 1997, I was about 4 years old back then. Watched & played Pokémon through all the regions. I could reminisce for days about all of my experiences. And while the anime is over, the games keep coming. Gaining even more experiences to reminisce over. No wonder it's the biggest franchise in the world.
