In my opinion, putting quartz above lapis doesn't make sense. XP is only used for enchanting, which lapis is only used for enchanting. This puts quartz and lapis lazuli at a tie, but quartz is also only accesable in the nether and xp can be found other ways. Therefore, I think quartz should be at least (since it is still awesome) 1 rank below lapis. Thank you for your time.

The TRUE RANKING is this: 11: copper (obviously) 10: golden nuggets (waaay overated, just trade for golden carrots) 9: lapis (super useful… but for only one thing) 8: quartz (BARELY better than lapis only because of xp and sometimes being a good building block) 7: coal (it’s a great ore but there are better ones and there are also better fuel sources but still high because torches are amazing for caving) 6: gold (gold is great of beacons, is easily farmable and you can trade with it so amazing for speedrunners. Great ore.) 5: netherite (hard to get but 100% worth it, super strong and let’s you try more difficult things in the game without having to worry as much) 4: redstone (Trye, love you man but u are so wrong on this one. I use SO much redstone it’s an amazingly useful ore that can be used in so many ways) 3: emerald (TRADING OMFG ITS GREAT only this low and not above diamond because villagers can suck sometimes) 2: diamond (do I need to explain? Getting diamonds for the first time in survival is one of the best feeling known to mankind. Netherite is USELESS without it) 1: Iron (THE GOAT so useful in so many ways, so many blocks need it and it’s just the best 100%)
