My comfort meal is, my mom make a oats soup kind of thing. It has lots of vegetables and cooks the oats with different spices. It's very thick but not very thick 😅. The consistency is similar to creamy soup. It's so good, less fat, and rich in protein 🤍✨️🤌

it’s a genuine question, no hate at all, why do you use some towel to take the cerave cleansing gel off your face instead of just rinse it off? i feel like it can be damaging for the skin due to rubbing

yup people are right, toothpaste is bad for the skin around your mouth. Everytime I brush my teeth with a strong fluorine based toothpaste, pimples appear!
