Arc labs option is good too, but over priced. Lifetime warranty here, others are about 1 yr. He stands behind his product and is super passionate and responsive.

The sliding plate on the garmin pole is "user" error. But agree it's a cumbersome piece to use.

Looks good. I just purchased Echomap 126sv ultra and 34 transducer. I need to be portable for boat and ice. Looking to purchase your pole ,pole mount, shuttle, bag and transducer cover. Also best battery for that setup. Would I need additional wiring for the shuttle with the light and power switch? Anything else I'm forgetting?

My summit cracked, I switched to the Acrlab shuttle and Its way better.

The summit transducer poles are trash. The telescoping pole freezes cock stiff and won’t extend or contract if you forget to bring it inside to thaw/dry. And by far the worst part about them is the actual transducer mount itself. The whole thing swivels and the longer you have it/more you use it, the looser it gets. It makes targeting and chasing crappie impossible because you never know if everything is liked up or not. The shuttle and bag, 10/10! Don’t waste money on the summit pole though, put it towards an arclab pole and you’ll be much happier in the long run!

You really mention the balance of the garmin stuff a ton and then every time you pick up the summit shuttle it is not balanced either...

Youre holding it wrong tbat plastic handle isnt really a handle youre supposed to grab it by the strap on the outside

The Summit is good but the Arclabs 5200 shuttle and pole there is simply nothing better out there in terms of quality. No plastic, machined aluminum.

Good video, and good content. A tip for you tho.. you tend to tell us every point about 3 or 4 times. Just once would be nice and the video could be 2 minutes long.
