Please be kind to yourself. You are more than enough all by yourself. I recovered from an eating disorder over 20 years ago & the best advice I can offer you is to really love yourself. I realized when I was in recovery that God doesn’t make mistakes. He creates us in His image & loves us unconditionally. I figured if He loved me enough to create me, than I would love me, too. I am not religious, but I am spiritual & it’s helped me so much through the years. I quit looking at food as a way to deal with my emotions & instead look at it as a way to nourish the body I love so much. I am sending you so much love & light. You got this! ❤️💫✨
