I had a problem when donating, when someone makes a donation (I had 2 donations of 5 robux), the game says how much I won in the "raised" but when I see my robux, it is only 0 robux, what do I do?

I think this has to do with the fact that when I enter the game something like "this item has been sold out" appears.
