In my opinion he is literally the copy of bad time but he is going lightly because its a show. And having crossbones as a gamepass seems weird as a reskined gamepass character but the win one (which is actually more popular than swap sans) papyrus is not. Ngl i know this is a full on Paragraph and you can just not read it if ya want tho i took time to write this.
