As all of us know very well regarding the valour and courage of Bihar Regiment since Taj Hero Maj Sandip Unnikrishnan to Galwan incident ( i.e) the long and marshall history of Bihar Regiment. Major had mistaken. That sniper rifle is Dragunov sniper rifle made by Kalashnikov company. And he was saying it is Karl Gustav mistakenly. Karl Gustav is the big rocket launcher next to the sniper rifle. Which is produced by saab Bofors dynamics. And in video, I think it is Mark 3 version.

Apart from teachers and professors, sir is being used for those who have received knighthood from the queen or king of Britain. So for normal people Mr., For doctors Doctor, for servicemen their rank is appropriate for respect. For any servicemen his rank is the most respectable word. So just chill. I'm respecting him.
