There are several videos here that explain how to wind up 100 foot cord, but this one is the quickest and most efficient. Thank you for sharing.

I think you just saved me my job. I kept getting in trouble because I couldn't get the extension cord in a figure 8. (We're limited on space so they wanted in a figure 8 to hang it on the wall.)

Best way: put in bucket with plug hanging out, and feed it in. Pull out socket end as needed. Never tangles. Good for lawn mowing, etc.

Its quite easy once you get it, just hold the end in one hand and put your other arm under the cable. Then put the hand that is holding the under under the cable and repeat. You are just putting the cable on top of your arms just one side after the other

i double it up and over/under/whatever likes to do. or coil it into bucket if it's long, and also how it likes to go. no twists in cable anymore. also works on hoses even. if it twists up in use, just run ~3 times from one end to other through hands and then do what i described. also checks if jacket is still ok

Seismic way is way better. On the neck. The cable would have been wrapped up by the time he drug one end to the other end. Plus you can wrap much bigger cables.
