You make a good point but you must also realize every deck is able to possibly be beaten by xbow I came back to this video after about a month of using it's strats and it does work it is just very high skill and you must be smart

@@lebaguette5393 that's because xbow isn't meta anymore. They nerfed the Tesla tower which hurt this deck sooo bad. Thankfully they buffed archers and the ice spirit back so this deck could possibly be really good again but Tesla will never be the same

@@joshuabuell2097 ??? I still play 3.0 and icebow just fine, wdym? It's slightly less op, with Tesla having slower attack speed and less life time, but it's still really good The only thing I worry about is the log nerf, but that hasn't happened yet

This guide is top-notch, man. I love both the detail and understandability of it, it's very well indexed, the clips are right on point... Thank you a lot for your effort and congrats on the result! I've been playing 2.9 (swapping MMinion for Archers) for more or less half a year now and you've helped me flesh out some concepts and strategies I didn't quite put to use -and learn a couple of new things as well. I'm sure I'll be rewatching this for further insights on good ol' 2.9

Absolutely great work, thank you thank you thank you. This is far better than most top pros 'showing how to play a deck' vids. I've gotten 20 wins in the last challenge, have been playing 2.9 for a long while on ladder, currently 16-0 with it, and I agree with pretty much everything you said, so I'll repeat: great work, and thank you! Legendaray, this was a great video! I have one thing I disagree about though. I think vs lava clone and lava with ljack baby d poison you should go opposite lane, your xbow will take their tower and then help on defense if they play lumberjack. If you go same lane they will usually go with baby dragon and than ljack clone and you wont even take their tower. Keep up the good work.

What a great video! There are not many videos on explaining difficult match-ups. This helps a lot! Thank you! By the way, I play X-bow 90% of the time, still think it's not that good for Challenges. I'm not sure it's my subjective thought or something, I always think people playing Challenges tend to play low risk and stable decks like Golem, Giant and Pekka. Or maybe I'm just so unlucky that keep having opponents playing those decks. Not impossible to win but really quick to get tired. I normally need a rest after playing 2-3 matches against those decks with high hp tank lol........

Awesome guide my friend. The one thing I would suggest discussing, is when to switch offensive xbows to the other tower. Sometimes the defense can read your battle plan and always counter what you're doing, and changing the tower you're going for could be the key to winning the match. Otherwise, great stuff!

I have been struggling recently finding the suitable deck for ladder pushing. I have been 2.6 hog cycle but I struggled learning to counter golem, mega knight etc. So decided to go for an xbow deck.
