The Unbelievable Crimes of Vida Blue?? Why do you all have to make it sound like Vida Blue committed murder or something? He had a drug addiction problem like many people did back then. Those were just petty drug offenses, not major felonies. He was hurting no one else but himself. He had gotten treatment and was drug-free for the remainder of his life. There was no need for that misleading thumbnail! You don't have to mislead people to get us to watch your videos.

No need for b.s. headline when Vida Blue is the subject. People like myself will always want to see whatever about one of the all-time greats and Vida Blue had an unmatched 3 year stretch with the A's and a HOF career (my opinion). I had no idea that Blue was such a great athlete in multiple sports and signed for a mere $12,500 to help his family financially. This was worth watching, even with the deceptive title.

When Blue was a player, his name was pronounced "Vida" with a long I, not "Veeda" with a long E.

i was a young boy when vida threw his first no hitter and still have the ball he autographed for me with the date. blue was great living in the east bay the oakland a's were great. later we went top see blue pitch at candlestick and he helped bring a bad team back alive. rip vida. if don drysdale is in the hall so should vida.

I was a kid when I heard, yes HEARD Vida Blue warm up in the bull pen at Memorial Stadium in Spring at Scottsdale, AZ. Cubs playing a double header and I'm a kid in the outfield bleachers looking down on the bull pen. Vida Blue's pitches made the kind of noise that made everybody turn, pay attention. He made a batter decide to stay in the box or bail, or swing. He didn't play dirty, he just threw hard enough too make batters do the calculus.

Anybody say Micky Mantel. It’s embarrassing the things Major League Baseball does for the ‘quality’ of the gams . Blue has seasons that will never be repeated. Pete Rose is another person who should be in , especially now that every team has gambling sites advertised on the league sites and every teams tv station. Absolutely ridiculous, please fix these glaring mistakes or should I say biases ❗️🇺🇸
